Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in New Bedford

We stayed at Jamie's place for a weekend wedding near by. It was so nice to be able to cook a nice dinner and have everything we needed in this well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

Absolutely LOVE staying at Anna’s home that she graciously shares! Her home is like coming to your favorite aunts house while she is out of town and you just get to chill out and enjoy the area!! Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to what I’ll call the “mall area” that has everything usually around a mall. Definitely check out The Head Landing Country Store for their coffee and DELICIOUS home baked goodies!!!

This was a perfect day with our eight month old and friend while visiting my parents in law in a private community nearby. We had plenty of space for everyone in the house and they were even toys available for our child. Plenty of space for a crib and a really nice playroom/projector room for me and my husband to retire to at the end of the night. We cooked many of our meals in the kitchen and didn’t have any trouble doing that. Also, DoorDash and Uber eats were able to find us with no problem at all. We can’t wait to come back next season . This is our second stay at Christopher's gorgeous house. We were delighted to return, and found everything as comfortable, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. The house is a gem. With comfortable furniture and beds, luxe linens and towels, well-stocked, high-end kitchen, and beautiful art, there's nothing of the impersonal, Ikea-type lodging here. This is a lovingly curated space into which one can settle with real pleasure. Chris's communications are always prompt and helpful. Our whole experience was A+++. If you have reason to be in the Dartmouth area, treat yourself to this delightful stay. Thank you, Chris!

Williams place was immaculate! The views are stunning and the vibe is very relaxing! Great community feel, amazing for families with little ones! If you are looking for a beautiful place to disconnect from the busy life, Williams place is the one! William is a very responsible host, very communicative and made sure the place was very clean when we checked in! My family and i had a great time at his place and we will definitely go back!

We stayed for a wedding weekend and the house was great for three couples. clean, spacious and comfortable - would stay again!

We have stayed at Annette’s apartment several times and it is always terrific. The apartment looks just like the photos, it is bright, spacious and well equipped. The building staff could not be more helpful and parking is straightforward on the new app system. We also really like the location downtown, the building’s outdoor space and the gym. Annette is a great host, giving clear instructions and quick friendly responses. We would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Providence.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Providence, and coming back to Aref’s cozy apartment created the perfect ending! I would love to book another stay when we come back to Providence!

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

I stayed at Larna’s place for just one night and regret not booking for longer. This has been my favourite location I’ve ever stayed at and gave me a new love for Newport. The place encapsulates Newports charm with a coastal and updated theme in such a historical and amazing building. Larna and Dan supply quite literally everything you could think of if you forget to pack it. There were toothbrushes, body wash, snacks, extra blankets, even fresh muffins from the local bakery. The house felt so cozy. Dan was incredibly welcoming and kind helping with luggage upon arrival and showing us around the rooms. I recommend for groups of 2-4 people, I’d say 5 if someone is willing to sleep on the couch…which I would do as it was wicked comfortable! I highly recommend booking this stay, I wish I had more time spent here and will look forward to booking again and recommending to other people. I feel privileged to have spent time in such a fascinating location with such amazing history!

We had a perfect stay — travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging but Debora provided everything we needed to make the stay comfortable (cot, high chair, bath, even cutlery!) and it really felt like a home away from home. The airbnb was spotless, it’s a good location in Fall River walking distance from a playground, parking was super easy, and we loved our stay.

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

We Love Norm's place! Such a great location, and the apartment has all that you need. If you like to bike to the beach, this is a great place to be, with three nice beaches all within five miles. The interior is cool and comfortable, and the patio with a partial ocean view is quiet and peaceful and is a great place to lounge and watch the birds. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Norm was helpful and accommodating, and the coffee and breakfast items were really appreciated. No shopping needed and just start the day! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. We hope to return every year.

We were so happy with our stay! I would absolutely recommend this spot. The apartment was exactly as described, and had everything we could have wanted. The host was very proactive and made sure we knew everything there was to know about the apartment. Finally, this place actually feels like a real “home”, very local and personable (unlike a lot of AirBnBs which feel lazily run by large management companies who are just trying to make a quick buck). Finally, it was very easy to get between here and downtown where we spent most of our time - we could have walked, but given the heat, took Ubers which usually were about 10 minutes and less than $10 each way.

Kevin's Place was smack dab where we wanted to be! We parked the car and never moved it again! We were in walking distance of everything.....from restaurants, performance venues and the Tea Dance at the BoatSlip! The place was squeaky clean, comfortable and relaxing.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!

These cottages are SUPER cute. We stayed in one of four on the property and this would be PERFECT for a large family all traveling together if you can secure all 4. The cottage was SUPER clean, had everything you could need and was exactly what we were looking for. It's less than a 10 min walk from downtown Falmouth's shops and restaurants. Everything in the house was in great condition. The host is super helpful and very responsive. Overall, we had a great time!

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!
