Condo holiday rentals in New Belgrade

Simplicity, cleanliness, spaciousness, designated parking spot. We were allowed to check in early, Ivana met us and greeted us. The space was so cozy and we felt right at home. Great price for the value received. Would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade for a day or a month.

Zoran was very helpful. The message he sent with directions to the location was clear and precise. My flight was delayed, and Zoran allowed us to stay after check-out so we could get proper rest

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

Small apartment in the center.

We are very happy to have found Teodora's apartment for our girls' trip. The place was perfect for our short trip. Good location for excursions, good breakfast and dining options and small supermarkets within walking distance. The accommodation was exactly as described in the pictures and in the description. Clean, spacious and cozy and equipped with everything you need. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect. Teodora was a great host, always available and helpful. Thank you Teodora, we felt very comfortable and had a few great days with you. We would definitely book again 😊

Awesome place, when we just arrived to the the apartment we immediately got airplanes noises, it was unexpectedly, but speak frankly there weren’t many flights at all. By the way, there was a good Chinese city mall where you can eat tasty and simultaneously cheap soup. The apartment looks like in the photo, clean and cozy. This is one of the places where the sun won't be particularly hot, at least in May!

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. Co-host Li was very friendly. Would recommend to others.

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

Great place to stay on foot to explore downtown Belgrade. Especially if you're traveling by car since the place has its own garage space. We stayed briefly, but our place was tidy and well-equipped for our plans. I recommend

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.

It was a great relax on our way to Greece. Very friendly and helpful owner. The house is well equiped, pool and jacuzzi and big garden. Terasse would need to renovate a bit but with nice view to the hills and fields. Very quiet place. Shops and restaurants you can achieve by car only.

cool place in a nice location, good views, nice restaurans close by and close to the city center. great communication and very attentive. only thing is that it's not an own apartment, it's part of an office that you sometimes hear. but it did not bother me at all. I'll be back.
