Holiday rentals with a patio in New Brighton

What a beautiful flat! Being on the fourth floor, there were great rooftop views and it was so light and airy with floor to ceiling glass. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alice was communicative and helpful and had thought of everything. A lovely basket of goodies, milk (and even oat milk - very thoughtful ) was provided and the kitchen was equipped with quality knives, pans, etc. Plenty of toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc etc. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. We came for the Bruce Springsteen concert, which was brilliant, and fell in love with Liverpool too! The flat is in “the nightlife area” so buzzing and exciting at night - not the place to come if you want silence! However, the flat could not be faulted and the location was right in the centre. Stayed for my first visit back in Liverpool since moving to Scotland, lovely location with easy transport links when you don’t feel like driving and close to Lark Lane for great food options. The flat was spotless and felt secure with the PIN code entry system. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly this was a great place to stay! A stones throw from everything! Clean & tidy & we thought it was as lovely! Would recommend!

Carol was the prefect host, very responsive and really great to talk with. The location has a lovely restaurant at the end of the lane and many others a little further out. It also had a great park within walking distance. It was very quiet, the host looked after us with a few drinks too, which was a great surprise. I'd recommend 100% and will certainly look to stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Steven was a great host. There was good communication throughout the whole process, the apartment was as described, secure car parking although found entrance to garage quite narrow. The apartment was clean with useful amenities and location very convenient for city centre. Would stay again.

Karin met us at the apartment and was flexible with arrival times - Karin was super helpful and we appreciated the recommendations on how to get to and from Anfield for a concert. My 3 adult children and myself stayed at Julia's whilst visiting Liverpool. The property was within walking distance of train station into City. A clean, comfortable home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Julia a great host!

What a fabulous accomadation right in the heart of Liverpool. The host was amazing and so prompt to reply to any questions that needed answering. The accomadation had everything that was needed and a lovely lottle garden with furniture. What a sun trap. Parking for 2 cars was great too although on street parking if required. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Licerpool. Plenty of bars, restaurants nearby too. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful house inside and out. Hosts went above expectations! didn't need to load the car up as everything was provided even for our 1year grandaughter, she loved the toys. a very welcome suprise to find essential foods and treats for our arrival after such a long drive. lots of info on local eateries and things to do we didn't have to search for anything! Would highly recommend, we couldn't fault a thing. Fantastic!!

Perfect Spot for a Memorable Night in Liverpool! We stayed here for one night during the Liverpool Premier League parade this year, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location was absolutely ideal — close enough to walk to all the main parade routes but tucked away just enough for a good night’s sleep afterward. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a short stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful, even offering tips on the best spots to catch the celebrations. We felt right at home and had an unforgettable time soaking in the electric atmosphere of the city. If you’re visiting Liverpool — especially for a big event — this is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

great place in a great location for what we needed. couldn't of asked for more from our hosts... had a few little issues but we're sorted straight away, without hesitation! would definitely recommend and will most likely stay again in the future!

We had the best stay at Tabitha’s place. Really nice apartment, felt homely and nice outdoor space if the weather permits. Clean and tidy. The bedrooms and linen were so comfortable. I had a brief stay while in town for a wedding, but it was a pleasant one. The accommodation was spotless, conveniently located, and made getting around effortless. It’s just a short walk from the main street, the train station, and several great restaurants, which made everything incredibly accessible. Perfect for a short visit or weekend getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Emma’s place! The location is incredibly convenient for exploring major attractions, with an outstanding view of the Cathedral. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of five. Emma was very kind and helpful throughout, and her check-in instructions were clear and detailed—made everything super smooth. It was my third stay in West Kirby at Kate’s. It’s such a peaceful, tranquil quiet apartment and close to all amenities. I love the fact that it is only a few minutes walk from the promenade area which I particularly love. Enjoy sitting out at nearby cafes enjoying a capuccino in the sun. Wonderful. 👌🙂

Immaculate rooms with nice bathroom. The hosts kindly accommodated a later self-checkin. The Brown Bear café nearby did a great breakfast.

Fantastic in every way, it exceeded our expectations (which were high!). The apartment was stunning, with great thought obviously given to looks, comfort and practicality. Everything about it was generous. Amazing views, peaceful and yet so close to all amenities, buses and trains. A very special place.
