House holiday rentals in New Caledonia

Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

Delphine's house was lovely, particularly outside and the pool area. We had some trouble with the fuse box on the first night which meant no wifi or air con, but the house guide helped us fix this. Would stay here again, but worth noting that its a uphill, hot walk into the city center so worth having a car!

Very nice host, available and welcoming, attentive to needs. Bright space, outdoor terrace protected even in rainy weather. Pool at 27 degrees even in dull weather. Parking at the foot of the house in the dead end lane. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie’s property. There was plenty of space for myself, wife and two kids - who really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very handy having shopping centres close to the property so we could utilise the beautiful kitchen. Required to properly enjoy all the beautiful local and imported (French) food and wine! Being able to hire a car (a must for New Caledonia in our opinion) and park it securely in the property was a big plus. The location of the place was more central than you think in Noumea and everything you needed (beaches, restaurants, shopping) was only a short drive away. The promenade path along the lagoon is great for a run or a walk at sunset and is right in front of your stay. Nathalie advised us (in good English!) about some nice things to do on the island and how to look after the cat ITunes. Definitely recommended!

Very nice surprise and delighted with our stay at Margaux's. Her colonial home was superb, the garden beautiful, and the “Olympic” pool! The place is very peaceful and at the same time we are 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and 2 minutes by car from downtown: really everything to please. The kids loved it. We will most certainly come back to this villa where we immediately felt comfortable.

Excellent place, well arranged, clean and with a great view. Great location because close to everyone, very quiet neighborhood. The interaction with Sarah, although she was out of her territory ,was excellent, fluid, and quick. If available during our next stay, we will take it back without hesitation.

The environment is ideal for recharging.

Me and my daughter felt very looked after and enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated the extra effort from Jimmy helping us with umbrellas and extras we didn’t come with when a rain storm hit. There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

A simple and robust cabin, we had a great time with our 4-year-old son. Our host Virgil and his mother were very friendly and helpful. Well located in charming La Foa, midway between Parc des Grandes Fougères and Poé beach.

Accommodation booked for a night with the family. Warm and friendly welcome. The cottage is very clean, spacious and well equipped (towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, mosquito repellent, air conditioning). Sufficient capacity for a family of 4 and an infant. Parking space is available. The accommodation is in an ideal location for a stay in the bush. Green space, calm and serenity are at the rendezvous. Nicolas welcomed us with joy and shared us are farmer's know-how (thank you again for the delicious lemons☺️). We'll keep a great memory of it!

Impeccable stay, nothing to say, really very welcoming and receptive host. The apartment is well-equipped and the environment is very pleasant to live in (peaceful, quiet). I highly recommend it!
