South Park Guest House

Historic South Park guesthouse. Built as the center of 3 sisters, this 1920 shotgun cottage and its neighbor to the right were bought by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped them both down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings with skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows, new doors, and Berber carpet. Owned by a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater, new Bucee's and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. Spacious backyard equipped with 113 jet hotub and a firepit. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
