This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Salt box on Brinson’s

Come and relax in a traditional Newfoundland salt box. Located on Brinson’s Hill in the town of Winterton. Our home is period with modern touches. The harbour is a short walk where you can take in the scenic views and the smell of the sea air. Winterton is located on Trinity Bay. Home to the Wooden boat museum. We are less than 5 minute commute to the Dildo Brewery. In our community, you’ll find local bakeries and a multitude of restaurants.
