You will experience to stay in historic home, feel an atmosphere of old Wilmington. It is cozy, quiet, private. You will have a complete privacy ( only a laundry room is shared with three tenants. It is located in the deck next from your front door). You can park you car in the back parking spot, free and secure, in a few feet away from your apartment. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
