It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

We were in town for work and didn't love the hotel options in the area. We were so glad we went with Jason's Airbnb. We felt much more comfortable and loved the house. We didn't love the surrounding area, but that's not on him or the house! Would stay again if we had to return to the area.

Upon arrival the landscaping was beautiful so I knew the inside would be just as beautiful and it was. My daughter had to move from upstairs to sofa couch in the middle of the night due to loud rain ( not Karen’s fault Mother Natures 🤣 ). and she said sofa bed was comfortable too. Karen was quick to welcome us and answer our messages. Will definitely stay again next time in town.

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood near main roads. The complimentary treats and plentiful linens added to our comfort and enjoyment. The rental shares walls with the other condos in the unit, but we heard no disruptive noise during our stay. Joe was extremely responsive and hospitable! I would recommend this home to anyone needing to visit Fort Wayne.

Ben and Denise were amazing. Very friendly people and great hosts. Campfire was not listed on the amenities but when we requested Ben took time during the night and did set up campfire for us. Appreciate his efforts to take care of us. Will definitely visit the place again.
