Barn accommodation in New Jersey

It was a great place to stay. Cute, cozy living space. Lots of good hiking trails nearby.

The Barn was very nice and peaceful. It was close to restaurants and family. Suited us and our dog very well. The property is right next to a golf course and there is a deer living on the property. We saw a fox one morning as well. We really enjoyed staying at the barn.

It has become a tradition to return to Melissa’s place. We love to paddle the Delaware River, enjoy biking the extensive bike path network along the river. This place is the ideal location for this kind of activity. It is in walking distance to the river and you are in the middle of the cute Frenchtown. The other river towns, like Lambertville, New Hope, Stockton are not far. The barn studio has everything you need, a super comfortable bed, all utensils you need to prepare a breakfast, a rustic but luxurious feel. Melissa always welcomes you with a bottle of wine, some cheese, snacks and some cold drinks in the fridge. It speaks for itself that this was our fourth time at this place.

Amazing stay for my family! We stayed in this lovely barn with my 1.5 year old daughter, boyfriend & my parents. Phyllis provided us with a baby gate to prevent my daughter from going up to the loft. That was a great touch for us. We enjoyed all the breakfast fix-ins. We felt right at home. The only changes that I would make is that guests should be provided with a key, that way they feel secure with their belongings. The water filter definitely needed to be changed as well. However, the water smell is common for the area. We will definitely stay again in the future! We have family that only lives 15 minutes away, so this was a perfect location for us!

We loved this peaceful oasis. We were here for two nights during a heat wave. We loved the AC and the private shaded porch. Easy walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Despite the heat, we walked everywhere with no issues. Linda is a fantastic host and her place is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed.

10 stars!!!! My family and I very much enjoyed our time at Kristina's home. The home is very clean, the decor is lovely and makes you feel right at home. Well appointed kitchen and so many other thoughtful touches. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were SO soft. Instructions and communication were fantastic. The listing and pictures matches the space. We loved sitting outside on the screened in porch playing games. And the bikes! Loved having access to bikes to get around Cape May way easier. We had a wonderful long weekend here....thank you so much!

This was not just a stay, it was an experience! Imagine being transported to a Victorian and early 20th century mansion equipped with 21st century amenities and yet the modern amenities are subtle, allowing you to soak in the classical experience. Every corner of the home is tastefully decorated with antiques that transport you to the gilded age. The home is very cozy and comfortable, squeaky clean and well stocked with all needs. The turn tables and classical records lend charm to this gem, not to the mention the boatload of board games. The privacy was remarkable with lovely woods around and plenty of parking too. The host was very responsive and we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely come back here. This home is one of those do-not-miss-it hidden jewel!

Lovely stay. Beautiful air-bnb! Michelle was very descriptive and responsive. My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and she even wrote us a nice card with a bottle of wine. So kind! 5/5, would stay again and again!

We had a great time staying at Amy's Cottage with our grandchildren. Beautiful grounds and plantings, plus historic building on the property. Doug and Amy were very friendly hosts and encouraged us to explore the property with our grandchildren. They loved playing in the stream and walking around the pond looking for fish & frogs.
