Take a holiday in Holladay! Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Holladay, TN! Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartmen is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. There's a queen bed and a pull out sofa for kids or extra guests.

The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and privately. Not recommended for small children due outside terrain. -1.45 hrs from Nashville -2.5 hrs from Memphis -2 mi. Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park -0.8 mi. to Eva Beach Recreation Area/Boat ramp -3 min to Dollar General -10 min into town. No pets/part

Serenity House is a perfect retreat for two. Can sleep as many as four. It is located high in the trees. It boasts a beautiful view of the property from the sizable porch for enjoying a drink under the stars. Let the space sway you to sleep as the wind blows the treehouse side to side. *Because of the uniqueness of our property, we REQUEST that all guests (only the person booking) sign the liability waiver sent to them two days before their arrival.

There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
