Centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches.

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Established Permaculture/Habitat style garden next to National Pk, access Fernleigh Track. Only 2km to Newcastle's 2 major shopping centres: Charlestown Square and Westfield Kotara. 15min to Newcastle CBD.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)
