This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster oven, hot plate, frypan, saucepan, sandwich maker and microwave. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
