Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in New South Wales

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

I strongly recommend Neil's place in Watson's Bay if you're looking for a quiet location outside of the city center. It was easy walking distance to both Camp Cove Beach and the South Head, perfect spots for a morning walk. It is also very close to the Watson's Bay Wharf and a quick ferry ride to both Manly and the CPD. The apartment itself was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The loaf of bread and bottle of wine were a nice touch and made me feel at home. The highlight of the apartment was the back porch, which looks onto a peaceful garden. During the rainstorm on my first day, I spent a relaxing few hours reading on the porch. Neil was very welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. I can't speak highly enough of his qualities as a host.

Dave and Diane, what a memorable experience you gave my family members who are here to experience Australian way of life!!! You made that happen!! From the firewood fireplace! They even cooked on top of the fire stove their 3-minutes noodles!!! And warm up their Filipino breads in the morning. Toasted their 7-eleven frozen sandwiches and made them delicious!!! They had turns during the night to top up the firewood that was lovingly provided by hosts for free. To make the epitome of their stay, as we were leaving at 6:00am on frozen and covered frost cars, they saw several kangaroos staring at them as we drove along your path road out of the property. They said they will never forget that experience in their whole life and it was what they never thought they will experience at all. They were gobsmacked and had no words to express how they felt to see these in their most natural settings. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for being so wonderful, kind and lovely

We would give 6 (or more) stars if we could! Absolutely gorgeous scenery, comfortable cottage, and truly amazing hospitality. We are so thankful to Felicity and Don for putting together such a beautiful farm and sharing that with their guests. We are international visitors, so it was also fun to see kangaroos and wombats in the wild. It’s off the beaten track for sure, but that just adds to the charm. We enjoyed everything, especially the farm tour and history, the walk along the stream, and cooking over an open fire under perfect stars. Would fully endorse for anyone looking for a country getaway.

We loved staying at Bronwyns place. It was really nice, clean and homely and a perfect set up for dogs and babies. It’s in a beautiful setting and Bronwyn was an exceptional host who gave us great local Recommendations and tips. We loved the birds around the property itself was so peaceful. Perfect for a little family holiday.

Such a great stay. Had everything we needed and more. Great outdoor area with nice pool, bbq and lots of sun. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Vashy and Kristen.

what a wonderful BnB perfect in every way.Lindy was amazing and a wonderful story teller of the history of the Village and surrounding area's. Breakfast was delicious More to tell but go find out for yourselves you will be amazed!!! a definite 👍👍👍

Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

Rob’s place is perfect for someone who’s looking for a tranquil and quiet home off-the-grid. If you want to go on an online detox, this is the place to be. There is no reception inside the house but a few steps from it, you could acccess Rob’s wifi if you need it urgently. The surroundings and the whole farm is fantastic, you wake up to kangaroos and hares running around everywhere. My husband even had a run around the property and it was nice. The couple were very helpful to us and gave useful local recommendations on where to go. The interiors of the house made us feel like we were in a different country, we loved the vibe. Recommended as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we had known Kim for years as she welcomed us into her beautiful home and gardens. Kim was the most generous host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will certainly be back to experience the warm, welcoming hospitality of Kim and the charming town of Tenterfield.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

what a lovely house..sarah was so helpful and kind..home was well equipped and some lovely welcome food and drinks on arrival..peaceful area but walkable to beach and as long as have a car can access loads of local towns etc within 30mins of the house..a real home from home ..and the birds on the terrace at breakfast were a bonus..highly recommended..one of our best air bnb experiences.. thanks again sarah

We had an amazing stay at Merv and Tracey's beautiful getaway. They were extremely thoughtful, offering a flexible check-in and check-out time, and every home comfort had been thought of. It's a beautiful historic home, and we loved reading up on the history of the owners throughout history. Merv and Tracey also provided wine, bakery vouchers, winey voucher as well as recommendations on things to do and see. the bedding was comfortable, linen was good quality and all the small things thought of (ample firewood, shampoo & conditioner, cooking staples ect.). We could not find a single fault, we we will definitely be back, thank you for a great stay!

This Airbnb was an absolute oasis! It was the perfect place to decompress after busy times visiting family and exploring my hometown. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and perfectly set up for kids. We really appreciated the privacy and that it had everything we needed. Out of all our stops on a two-week trip, this was hands down our favorite. It truly delivered on that authentic "BnB vibe" with all the thoughtful little extras, which is something you don't always find on the platform anymore. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend if you need some time to yourself, the room is stunning, private and has everything you need to relax. All the goodies offered are delicious. Beverly is such a beautiful lady who makes the stay extremely comfortable with her friendly nature.

The house was very clean and well-kept, with a beautiful backyard and a lovely swimming pool perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and everything was just as described in the listing. The only minor downside was that one of the neighbors didn’t seem very friendly, but it didn’t impact our overall stay. Would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

Pam and Brian were incredibly welcoming and great hosts. The complimentary muffins, bread and spreads were a lovely addition. We had a great time in Bundanoon thanks to their hospitality and home.

Very happy with our stay at Andrew's! He is a great host! He was great with communication and clear instructions, including turning the lights on for our later arrival. The home was exactly as advertised and well equipped for our overnight stay on the way to the airport. We felt very comfortable. The neighbourhood was close to the airport and we felt comfortable. Excellent stay!

We enjoy staying here & have returned several times. It is peaceful, convenient & has everything we need. Kathryn is the perfect host. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.
