Holiday rentals with a patio in New Town, Prague

Wir hatten ein super schönen Pärchen Urlaub in Prag und die Unterkunft hat dafür gesorgt, dass unser Glück perfekt war. Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hätten nicht zufriedener sein können. Alles war super sauber und super organisiert. Der Checkin erfolgte problemlos und unsere Gastgeber waren immer superschnell erreichbar und haben uns viele Tipps mitgegeben.

Tomas is a really good host, kind, responsive and adaptable. Apartment was well equiped and really clean. Public transport is near.

Sauber, schöne Dachterasse, gute Ausstattung, Fotos wirken etwas geräumiger aber stört nicht, Chipschlüsselübergabe etwas kompliziert.

The apartment in Prague was a good option for our stay. It was the right size not too big nor too small l. It was well-equipped. It provided comfortable conditions for relaxation, and its location allowed easy access to tourist attractions. Communication with the owner was smooth, which made organizing the stay even easier. Highly recommend!

This place was epic! We are a family of 4 with adult children and this was PERFECT. exceptionally great location and vey spacious. We especially loved the rooftop sitting area. If you are planning a trip to Prague this is THE place to stay.

A perfect studio apartment that’s only a short walk from dancing house, old town square and the centre of new town and looks exactly like the photos. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed! You can find coffee pods and tea in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom and spare towels in the cupboard. Ondrej was an excellent host, very responsive on messages and kind. I would recommend his stay to anyone wanting to visit Prague.

Had a great stay in this large, comfortable apartment. Very easy to get to the old town and tourist spots using the subway, but far enough away that I was able to find some peace as well.

Baráček splnil očekávání. Byli jsme zde pouze jednu noc, ale dokázala bych si představit zde strávit i více dní. Moc se nám u pana Honzy líbilo 😊 Děkujeme.

Sehr schönes und ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Doppelhaus. Die Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Prag ist sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin Pavlina war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen immer recht schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft vollauf empfehlen.

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Kornelie, Vielen Dank fuer diesen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt!

U Emy jsme si s rodinou a přáteli užili opravdu krásný pobyt. Ubytování bylo skvělé – prostorná, čistá a velmi dobře zařízená vilka v klidné čtvrti blízko přírody, ideální pro odpočinek. Ema je navíc výjimečně pozorná hostitelka, se kterou byla radost komunikovat – vše probíhalo hladce a příjemně. Pokud se naskytne někdy další příležitost, moc rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme!

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit stilvollem Ambiente, makelloser Sauberkeit und einer besonderen Liebe zum Detail. Der Gastgeber war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Eine Adresse, die man sich merken möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

Perfect location, walking distance of main tourist areas but far enough away to be peaceful at night! Terrace space was amazing especially with nice weather! Kitchen area and bedroom area were bigger than expected and very clean! Bathroom was small but perfect space for two people! Stairs up are hard but well worth it for the space and location you get with this property! Check in and out very easy and all amenities available were great! Would stay again!

Schöne Wohnung. Riesige Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster waren allerdings nicht vorhanden. Grosse Terrasse. Auto kann auf dem Hof abgestellt werden. Fußläufig bis zum Wenzelsplatz gut 2 km. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Loved our stay at Michael’s apartment in Prague. It is centrally located, very convenient to the old town. We were especially happy to have a lift in the building! The apartment was beautifully appointed, and the roof terrace had amazing views. Michael was very informative and replied to our questions promptly. We would happily recommend Michael’s apartment to future visitors.

I think this is a gem on the map of Prague. The district is very friendly and safe. It is well connected. The apartment is clean and spacious. Worth its price :) Zuzana is really friendly and gives spot on instructions. I promise, you will feel well taken care of :)!

Evin konumu çok iyiydi, hemen önünden tramvayla merkeze kısa sürede gidebiliyorsunuz. Evin içinde en ufak detaylar bile düşünülmüştü, tertemiz bir ev bulduk, dekorasyonu çok tatlıydı! Sarka ve martin kendi sevdikleri yerler ve oradaki favori yemeklerinden oluşan bir liste, gezilecek yerlerin haritasıyla ilgili bir liste oluşturup bize gönderdiler💖 Her sorumuza çok kısa sürede yanıt aldık, kısacası her şey harikaydı umarım yakında tekrar görüşürüz💖

Jest to mieszkanie z balkonem w nowym budynku typu condominium, z dwuosobową sypialnią oraz salonem z rozkładaną, dwuosobową sofą i dodatkowym łóżkiem. Szybki internet, kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia, pralka automatyczna itp. Dzięki lokalizacji 200 m od Placu Wacława (300 m od stacji metra Muzeum) zapewnia wygodny dojazd do/z lotniska oraz doskonały punkt startowy do pieszych wycieczek po mieście. Gospodarz jest bardzo sympatyczny i chętnie udziela rad dotyczących zwiedzania, komunikacji, gastronomii itp. Zdecydowanie rekomenduję.

Perfectly nice place for our stay. Lots of light .. spacy chamber .. bath .. all neat and clean .. and parking option. Modern bloc with green inner areas for walking and relaxing. Superkind host.
