Guesthouse holiday rentals in New Westminster

Very responsive hosts and were a great pleasure to deal with. This beautiful house is as advertised. There are actually 3 ensuites on the upper floor with another washroom in part of the basement. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Bedding is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line appliances, plenty of cutlery, dinnerwares, supplies, etc. As the house is backing the Hwy #1 it can be noisy at night with the traffic for light sleepers on the upper floor. However, it didn't bother us. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely return.

Rosa and Sam's place was great. It was very peaceful with beautiful views of trees outside and the mountains in the background. I interacted only with Sam and he was very kind, helpful and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This is a large home, good for groups. The upstairs bedrooms have attached bathrooms which is very convenient. We rented both upstairs and downstairs spaces so had access to two kitchen areas and laundries which was great. Note that to access the second and third downstairs bedrooms you will need to go through another bedroom or access from outside. The kitchen was great for cooking group meals with an open plan main floor.

Jenn is very friendly and responsive! The place is cozy as described and very clean. It feels just like home!

Wow. The most accurate way to describe this place and our stay there is perfect. Stunning views! Incredibly clean, stocked with anything and everything you might want or need - condiments, tea, coffee, cleaning supplies, ziplocks, shampoos.. the list goes on. Sylvie and Mitch stopped by to meet us and see if we need anything. They're probably the nicest and most warm people I've met in a while, not to mention an Air BNB :) Definitely recommend, many times over! Thank you so much, Sylvie and Mitch

Great house for a large gathering. All required amenities were provided. Despite other tenants within the property we had no issues. Will certainly stay again!

on a Friday about 3 pm, me and my wife were thinking here again weekend and no daycare for 2 days what should we do with our son?! we ended up staying at Niel's place: super clean, fully equipped, beautiful trails and surroundings. my son didn't want to leave :) . we got everything we needed!

It was a beautiful tree house we really loved the stay here. Jennifer provided us fresh bakery every morning which was fabulous & tasty. There was a guidebook with local restaurants, POIs, and house instruction which came in handy too. Overall, I would love to go back.

Jimmy was extremely easy to communicate with. The property was clean and in a great neighborhood with convenient parking. Owner's let us leave our bags before check-in and held our bags a couple hours after check-out! Would love to stay again next time we're in Vancouver!

Dinesh’s place was amazing. It was a beautifully decorated space and was very cozy and homely. He sent very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to check in and check out and his family was very friendly if we saw them in passing by. My daughter is a little nervous sleeping in new places but she was able to fall asleep quite quickly and slept all night, which shows how comfortable she was here too :) Would definitely stay here again when we are in the Vancouver area in the future. Beautiful view of the ocean and modern place. I loved the cozy touch of the telescope, popcorn, homemade bar soap, and plentiful food staples available. The place was clean and tidy. Candice was very welcoming, and I would love to stay again! Only downside was the very steep driveway that scraped the bottom of our car a bit on the way down. Overall, a wonderful little hillside oasis indeed!

We have just returned from a trip to Canada. What a beautiful country. The trip was wonderful also thanks to Halley who hosted us in her home. Beautiful, clean, modern house in a beautiful park. The owners are very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. We recommend this place 100%.

I enjoyed my visit to Dineve’s Airbnb. His place was very clean and the instructions for entry were very thorough. There also was convenient parking at the front entrance to the suite provided. Blair and Christina are amazing hosts. Me, my wife and toddler had such magical time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy vacation that’s tranquil and peaceful, but still super close to Vancouver. The home was perfect and had a beautiful outdoor patio and dining area, bbq, sauna, outdoor shower. Walking distance to a couple really nice beaches and the golf course to hit the links or for Friday pizza and ice cream sandwiches! Thanks again Christina for letting us know about that! Will stay there again!

If you’re looking for a clean place to stay, look no further. Matthew and Golak’s space was ultra clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Keep in mind that this Airbnb is a private, separate living quarters on the ground floor of an attached house; as a result, you may hear occasional footsteps from above. The hosts were very accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who visits the greater Vancouver area!

We had an amazing two day stay at this airbnb. It was located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The place was exactly as described. The check in was easy. Instructions were clear. Host was very responsive and gracious. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

My family and I had a very nice stay. The space was clean and there were even extra blankets and a fan to use. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The home is in a very beautiful area. The yard was gorgeous and there was an area to sit outside. We were seven people and having the four queen beds met our needs. My bed was very comfortable, not too firm. Tian was very responsive and gave us clear instructions, with easy check in and check out. The outside temperature was very hot the day we stayed here, and the place does not have air conditioning, but we were able to open all the windows and put the fans on and the place cooled off nicely in the evening so it was comfortable to sleep. Our stay was only one night, but it was very pleasant.

We loved our stay at Daniel’s place! The space is honestly larger than the photos made it appear. Beautiful bay windows that open up and you can hear the sound of the fountain throughout the main room. Super convenient to have laundry onsite with soap provided as well. This is really the perfect location if you want to go up toward Squamish/Whistler as well as hitting all the Vancouver spots. Cypress Falls hike was only 6minutes away, and a little cafe 4 minutes away. Very safe neighborhood with high end homes. The value was great for what we paid.
