Holiday rentals with beach access in New York

The place was clean and a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

Had an awesome stay here felt like the perfect gateway.

Stayed here multiple times for work purposes. It was convenient to white plains. Provided a comfortable, quiet home-like space to work. Owners were friendly and responsive.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs, and I really appreciated being able to park our rental car in the driveway—so convenient. Will and Kim were excellent hosts—very easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was clean, comfortable, and just right for us. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Edwin's place was great , probably one of the only properties with nothing across the street, giving access to full view of the ocean.

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
