The place was very clean. A lot of thoughtful touches like to go coffee cups in the Keurig machines. We enjoyed watching TV on the big projector screen! Neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and we found a delicious farm fresh ice cream "Woodside Farm Creamery" only 10 minutes away!

Kimberly's town home was easy to access in a great location. She provided everything needed for a comfortable and clean stay. The kitchen was impressively well equipped. Tolls and parking around Newark can be difficult if you aren't familiar with the local systems, so it was very nice to have a quiet and spacious parking lot and a park right behind the home. Had a great experience at Ray’s! From the minute we walked in, the house smelled SO CLEAN. The living couch was so comfortable. Every room had a TV. I really appreciated how the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The bedrooms looked recently vacuumed and I loved having the extra space in the basement. Had an amazing stay at this home. It was exactly as described. They had everything that you would need from extra trash bags, paper towels, TP, soap, detergent, etc. The home was very clean. Checkout was very easy as they didn’t request much to be done as I’ve had at other stays before. Would highly recommend.

David shared a detailed video of instructions, which was very helpful. The space inside the loft was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was surprising large and modern with very nice touches including a lighted mirror. The outdoor space had a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee with a cute treehouse and slide for a young child. This was so unexpected!! You can’t be the price either!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this loft.

Would definitely stay here again. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The hosts obviously put in a lot of high quality items and hard work to make this home a great Airbnb The hosts also clearly have a flair for hospitality. I will reiterate the other posts I have read that caution about a very awkward driveway unluckily situated at high speed section of a bend in the road that is indeed challenging even for experienced motorists. That would not stop me from booking again however. Once you’re in it is a wonderful and peaceful stay with great beds super clean lots of space and comfy pillows. Thanks hosts. Hope to see you again.
