Holiday rentals with a kayak in Newaygo County

We enjoyed two nights along the river, which is accessible directly from the property. Beautiful location, was perfect for our weekend getaway and had a fantastic backyard.

If you are thinking about it , Don’t! It’s about an hour from most big city’s but this place is so fun Kayaks, quiet, cozy, great kitchen supplies, wonderful canoeing in Baldwin 10 minutes away and close to a dollar general and grocery store Well worth it

We held our annual family golf trip and stayed at Sara’s property on the lake and it couldn’t have gone better. Everything was as advertised and she was a very polite and friendly host. We really enjoyed the hot tub and lake after golfing. Would stay here again.

this home is absolutely beautiful. the kitchen has tons of prep/cooking space and the appliances are spotless. the welcome basket was amazing, especially after traveling with two hungry teenagers. the lake is beautiful and so peaceful. we saw shooting stars from the dock and loved all the birds in the morning. the home looks exactly as the pictures, and the bathroom is stunning. we had everything we needed and then some. honestly the only thing I would add to this beautiful house is ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

This lake house Airbnb is amazing! There’s everything you could need inside and out! Jenny is super friendly and always replied quickly to any communications. The view is breathtaking and it’s so peaceful there. The house is super cozy and comfortable. My group loved everything about it. Would happily recommend it to anyone else and we would stay there again 😊

This was a great place. We enjoyed everything from the kayaks to the pedal boat to the fire pit. The only down side was the lake was colder then we had expected. We will keep this location on our short list.

We stayed at little blue with our kids for an extended weekend. We had an amazing time relaxing, fishing, and making s’mores by the fire pit. The lake was great to fish in, which is only for trolling motor boats. We caught over 20 fish off the dock and the in the pedal boat. The huge snapping turtles were awesome to watch swim around near the dock too. The house was equipped with so many amenities. It truly felt like the host thought of everything a visitor might need, plus a ton of kids toys for inside or outside in the sand. Hosts were great and quick to respond when we reached out to them. Kudos!

Was a great getaway at Bonnie's cottage. Lots of fish and swans, saw a huge soft shelled turtle. Home was very cozy with plenty of amenities to make you feel right at home. Will definitely be staying here often.

We had such a wonderful time! Beautiful home with amazing outside space. The deck, fire pit and kayaks were defiantly a winner. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could image. The lake is on the small side but it was perfect for us because we wanted a peaceful family vacation. The only thing that could be improved was the sofa sleeper. It was very uncomfortable so my son just slept on the sofa. But in their defense, I don't think there has ever been a comfortable sofa sleeper. Truthfully, I would just bring an air mattress next time.

We used the home for an annual ladies only get away, it was relaxing, beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful hot tub, our host was very responsive to messages, I would recommend it to anyone and will consider it again for a relaxing getaway.

I’ve worked with a lot of good hosts during AirBNB travels, but Brad was by far the most communicative and accommodating of the hosts I’ve used. He answered very obscure questions about the property and made the logistics far easier to manage. I’m so grateful for his help, and the location itself is lovely. Only qualm is that the interest at the location was not working during our stay, but the host was aware and is working to fix the issue! Besides, at a place as nice as Brad’s, we didn’t want to be on our phones anyway! Thanks for the wonderful trip!

Excellent place to stay. Jacob was very communicative, the cottage is a perfect location with everything you need, and kayaks are even available free of charge! I would definitely stay here again if available.

The cabin was spotlessly clean, easy to enter and leave, and in the most beautiful location. We had a few snafus but Brandon responded immediately and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

The A Frame on Fremont Lake is a super relaxing and fun place to stay. We loved it. Freshly renovated, it is very stylish and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Croton House is a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing place to stay. The deck over looking the lake is perfect. We had a great time in the lake using the provided kayaks. It is the perfect lake to kayak on if you you are a novice like me. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake, as well. I did not notice in the description that it is important to bring water shoes, I may have missed that. We were able to buy some in town but had we known, we would have brought them from home. Be sure to bring them if you plan to go in the lake, which I highly recommend (so refreshing). We loved staying here and would request to book it again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

We loved the location and the privacy! The house is beautiful! Wish we had ONE more bathroom but overall the location was peaceful, the hot tub was great and the kitchen was fantastic for us to cook and host! Thank you!
