I had a great stay! West was very friendly and responsive, and the place was clean and beautiful. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

This was our second stay at Donna & Greg’s lovely charming old house with all modern amenities. Peaceful, private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more, we have been staying in different Airbnb’s nearby Concord and theirs is hands-down the best one listed!

Beautiful and spacious home. Everything was clean and at any point I would message Denise she would respond right away. The area was beautiful as well. I would definitely book her home again.

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. Absolutely beautiful stay! The place was spotless, with an amazing lake view that made for a perfect, peaceful getaway. The beds were all very comfortable, and the amenities provided truly made it feel like being at home. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were super easy. A great spot to decompress and relax. I highly recommend!

Tom was the best host so far. His beautiful house was perfect for summer or winter. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house.

Went for a quick Ski trip with grandson and his friend, location was close to Mt Sunapee. Plus Liam left a suggestion for a hike which was wonderful, especially for our dog. Kids enjoyed playing pool as well as other games in the lower level. Everything was great.

We had a wonderful few nights at Ashish’s house. Came up with our family for some spring skiing at sunapee. His house is super close to the mountain. One of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended and well certainly hope to come back next time we hit the slopes. Oh and the Nema plug for car charging with use of the 2 car garage is a game changer!

We loved our stay at Stacy’s pretty little cottage. It was really spacious. We liked the creativity and quirkiness of the space and we had everything we needed for a family of four. Woodstock and Quechee are nearby and we enjoyed the fall foliage, delicious local food, apple orchards and the amazing local pies. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

This is our second stay at Noah’s home in Sunapee and it was perfect. I’m from Sunapee (class of 85!) but moved to Seattle quite a while ago, and we often need a place to stay. Being near the harbor and across from the river is great. The kitchen is great, I’m not one to cook much when we’re away, but it is well equipped. I love the rain shower shower head! We all love the chair swing, and of course the hook and ring game. TV worked great, back patio a fun place to hangout, the arcade game got lots of use. I guess I don’t need to list all the things. Beds comfy, lots of towels. No complaints, this trip was unfortunately for my father’s memorial service, but having a great place to stay was really wonderful. BBQ place next door is delicious and friendly, new Hoptimistic brew pub in the harbor is perfect for a beer on the river, and of course the Quack Shack can’t be missed. House, location and availability of owners is 10 out of 10. We look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

Just what we wanted and expected ! Beautiful home and my 89 year old father in law felt at home as well

Had a great time! Perfect for a family get together! LOTS of toys and games! We will be back next year!

This was our second stay at the farmhouse. We love this place! Wes and Lindsey are so nice and welcoming. The house is roomy, clean, and the property is beautiful. We most enjoyed walking our dog on the path out back, and spending time with family we have in the area. Hope to stay many more times!
