My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

A stylish and cosy, well equipped 2 bedroom cottage sleeping 4 located in a quaint historic area in the heart of the fishing village of Newlyn which is nestled on the coastline between Penzance and Mousehole, both of which are within easy walking distance. All the amenities of the village are only a minute walk away with fresh fish shops, a bakery, a greengrocers, deli, Co-op, cafes, independent filmhouse, restaurants, take aways, galleries and even a homemade ice cream shop all to be found.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

Beautiful sea views, cosy and homely...this is a ground floor let with lovely views across the bay towards Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Marazion and the length of coastline as far as Lizard Point. Sit and watch the daily activities of the harbour as you enjoy your dinner or take in the golden sunrise over breakfast. You're a 5 min walk away from the harbour and the pubs,restaurants and amenities Newlyn has to offer. It is the perfect place from which to explore this lovely part of Cornwall.

A 5 minute walk leads to Newlyn's shops, bars & restaurants. This bright & airy attic apartment has handmade features & a mid-century style. It benefits from a sheltered patio garden, perfect for coffee or dining. No sea views but away from the noise of the road & docks. Sadly not suitable for children or pets

Private and sole use of the upper two floors of my cottage in the heart of Newlyn, overlooking the harbour and within walking distance of village amenities. Light and spacious living room on the top floor has views across the harbour and Mount’s Bay to St Michael’s Mount. On the ground floor: sole use of the kitchen diner, shower room and pleasant bedroom with a standard double bed (135 x 190cm). Suitable for solo travellers or two people who can share the bed.

Mermaid's Rest is a newly converted studio boasting kingsize four poster bed plus a small sofa bed. It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.
