Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. We are only a phone call or email away and will not be too far away. Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

Cute Cottage in Yarraville Village

My place is close to cafe cultured, and trendy Yarraville Village and the `art deco' Sun Theatre. Located in a quiet residential area with a nice park opposite. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance with heaps of cafes and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The Yarraville train station is a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Delightful studio in Newport

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.
