Our stay in Brooklyn was amazing! Travis was an awesome host: friendly, responsive, and super helpful. The Airbnb was in a great location...blocks away from great restaurants, Prospect Park, small groceries. The place was roomy and super clean for our 1 and 3 year old and in a very walkable neighborhood that was safe. We were so happy that it was on the 1st floor! All in all, we would recommend this place to any one and really appreciated Travis' hospitality. It definitely made our Brooklyn trip with 2 toddlers a great vacation!

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

What a wonderful host!! The location is perfect - so easy to access NYC. Also great location within Hoboken which has so many wonderful restaurants! Just an ideal rental. Check-in was so very smooth and very well organized.

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

The Barn was very nice and peaceful. It was close to restaurants and family. Suited us and our dog very well. The property is right next to a golf course and there is a deer living on the property. We saw a fox one morning as well. We really enjoyed staying at the barn.

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Great location! Excellent communication, clean, modern apartment in really great neighborhood. Street parking is free and readily available. Walking distance to awesome coffee shops. We didn't bring our dog this time, but this neighborhood is very dog friendly!! We definitelyrecommend Rich's apartment.

Great Stay at this place. It’s a brand new building with spacious apartment, very clean & generous home supplies. The team communicated very well. Street parking around the building is not easy to find but there is a parking which can be used.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is clean, well appointed and perfect for anyone seeking a space that is good for work as well as relaxation. The location is pretty quiet and decent access to main highways, which is what I was looking for. Just wish there were more interesting restaurants within walking distance but everything is less than 10 mins away by car. I highly recommend.

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We had a lovely week-long stay at Nur’s place in Jersey City with our family. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, comfy beds, sofa bed, dining table, and fans. We especially loved the private garden at the back, perfect for relaxing or drying clothes. The location is excellent – very close to India Square (great Indian restaurants and grocery stores) and about a 20-minute walk to Journal Square Station, with quick access to the WTC in under 15 minutes. Nur was a wonderful host – warm, responsive, and thoughtful. She met us to show how the automated locks worked, left a kind welcome note, and even provided a high chair and cot bed for our 1-year-old. She also kindly allowed us a 1-hour late checkout. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting NYC!

We just got home from enjoying a week long stay at Troy’s place. From booking our stay, to checking in, to checking out and all the time in between Troy was very gracious with his time. It felt like making plans with a friend which is the kind of interaction you want when spending time in an unfamiliar place. The place itself was spacious for my husband and our two teenage kids. The beds and pillows were comfy, the shower water was hot even as the last one showered for the evening. Troy had a brita water jug that was perfect for filling our waters for the day which was nice. We mostly ate out, but it seemed there were enough kitchen items to cook and eat in if one would prefer that option. One of the main reasons we booked Troy’s place was the proximity to Journal Square Terminal. It was an easy walk and we felt safe doing it every morning and night. We enjoyed our food and walking to Philippine Bread House, Toasted Bagel and Deli, Wealth Kitchen, Larry and Joe’s Pizzeria and Bay.
