Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Thank you so much to Juana for hosting us in Athens for our daughter’s graduation. Her cottage is so cute and is in a very peaceful location, still very close to the stadium, restaurants and downtown. Both the bed and the cot were very comfortable. I would definitely pick this location again for our next trip. 😊

This is by far the most gorgeous Airbnb I have ever stayed at. David and Janet are gracious and thoughtful hosts and it’s clear that every detail was curated for the magical experience we had. David met us in the driveway and told us about their animals before giving us a tour of the gorgeous and clean guesthouse. We loved feeding the goats and cooling off in the pool. David even provided a raft for our baby to enjoy as well! The photos truly do not do this property justice - it is a true oasis. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to be back soon!

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

As always, this place is fantastic. The surroundings are so peaceful and it's a great place to relax away from it all. The hosts are also some of the best I've ever had.

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and safe here! Response time was quick and there were no issues while staying. Very cute and clean functional place. Loved how detailed the host were! I was surprised to find all different types of coffees, organic cane sugar, popcorn and I’m pretty sure I saw oatmeal as well as an option if one so desired. I loved the layout of the space and it worked perfect for what I needed! All instructions were very clear and things were easy to find inside. I would for sure rent this place out again should I find myself back in ATL!

I enjoyed my stay at the cozy cottage. Well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

I’ve stayed in gobs of AirBnb rentals, but this cottage may be the cutest! The owner has created a perfect little space for a couples’ getaway - the decor is so tasteful, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated all the extras, as well; she provided a snack basket, coffee and a water filter. The hot tub was nice and private, and the location was great for walking around town. Our stay was perfect!

recommended! another great stay at William's Carriage House. I was glad to have both regular and decaf coffee K-Cups. I really appreciated the video of how to use the air conditioner and heater thermostat. also, the written instructions about various things were very helpful. I flew in, took Marta rail to the Decatur station, walked to Kelly's Market, about three blocks from the station, and then to William's place, about three more blocks. most of the sidewalks are very pedestrian friendly, and it was a real pleasure walking around the Beautiful streets, even with my roll aboard suitcase, and backpack. the rail was very easy to use, inexpensive, safe, and people were very friendly and helpful with the two questions I had. I'm looking forward to making the exact same trip again!

This is the second time we stayed at Katherine’s Little Guest House, and it was just as delightful a stay as the first time! We absolutely plan on coming back to her charming guest house again and highly recommend it for any trip to Athens! My goodness is this place precious. From the permaculture garden, to the mighty fig trees, to the landscaping, to the gorgeous weathered board and batten studio and the adorable cottage/apartment house. We will book here every time my daughter attends soccer camp! They have created quite the oasis! We felt secluded but we were just a hop, skip and a jump to all the things. I also loved all the sculptures throughout the garden. Well done!

The location was beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The plethora of windows, privacy, location, and amenities in this loft-garage- apartment were more than anticipated. Parking was easy with the understanding that there was one space available near the apartment but the road was safe enough to park on if needed. The driveway was steep but it wasn’t a problem even for my front wheel drive Hyundai Santa Fe. If I visit this area again, I hope it is available for me to stay again.

Kathleen's Carriage House was extremely welcoming with her many personal and welcoming touches. The local art all around the place was special, and we smiled at the view of all the flowers we could see from our beautiful front porch - not to mention the multiple fresh flower arrangements inside. Everything was so comfortable and the appliances and furniture were all up to date. Looking at the before and after photos supplied it was truly amazing how this place has been magically transformed into the space it has become!

Liyong’s and Lingping’s Airbnb was very peaceful and private. 3 of us stayed for 2 nights in the one room little house in the beautiful backyard. We had a very small refrigerator, a large toaster oven, and a one pot hot plate but no cooking utensils or pots. There is a keurig coffeemaker with coffee pods and even a pod to use your own coffee (which one of us prefers) The bed is comfy and clean. We used a single sized air mattress as well- not a rolling bed -which was conveniently located inside the little house. The bathroom was pristine and had the amenities described. The photos of the place are a bit misleading as the back porch to the main house (where the family lives) was not tidy or clean. We didn’t stay there but wondered if we had extra people we would’ve needed it. Also, there wasn’t a 2 pot hot plate or pots for cooking as the photos show. The wall AC unit works very well and kept us comfortable throughout the night for a good nights rest. Lovely, walkable safe area.

This place was perfect for my man to work during the week, it was spacious and furnished with great detail. Our stay was so comfortable, I’d definitely book here when i come back to ATL! The host was very proactive and clear with instructions for checking in and out so we never had a problem. Thanks again!

Rick was an incredibly attentive host who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. He even went above and beyond by providing complimentary snacks like cookies and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hot tub was absolutely amazing — set to the perfect warm and cozy temperature, making it a highlight of our stay. All the instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!
