Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This adorable guest house has an amazing view of the surrounding 100 acre farm. Conveniently located between Joplin & Neosho just off I-49 just down the road from the popular Undercliff Bar & Grill. Newly furnished with 12” Memory Foam Mattresses, Leather Chaise Sofa, Kitchen Table with benches & Washer & Dryer. Features Queen Bedroom and Full size mattress is Super Loft. It is not a handicap accessible property, 3 steps down to living room.

Hickory Creek Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful cabin on Hickory Creek. Family and pet friendly. Lots of activities for family and a short 2 minute drive to downtown Neosho. Within walking distance to frisbee golf, walking/bike trail and then come back to relax in the hot tub. BBQ grill available and full kitchen with all amenities. Private creek, fire pit available for the whole house to use. Corn hole and horse shoes set up and other games available for use. Wifi and Roku tv available for use.

The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Beautiful country living on 40 acre property w/walking trail, perfect to relax. Entire upstairs is bedroom & half bath (new vinyl floor, king & queen bed). Downstairs is living room with couch, bathroom & kitchen (no stove does have skillet & toaster oven). STEEP STAIRS Lots of local hiking & biking trails 2 min to Dollar General 5 min to Walmart & downtown Neosho 20 min to Joplin. Less than 1.5 hrs to AR, Roaring River, Eureka Springs, SDC. Dollar General store is two blocks :-) our little river town on the border Seneca is only 5 miles. Neosho is 8 miles . We’re literally central to reach in 45 mins to BellaVista Arkansas, 1 hr to Grove, Oklahoma or 25 min to Joplin Missouri, and It’s a great place to visit ..just look at my guide. There is literally lakes and rivers all around us..

WE TAKE LONG TERM REQUESTS. Tucked away in the woods is this tranquil getaway where you can enjoy nature but yet are only a few minutes from town. There is a queen bed in downstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the loft and a queen air mattress that can be set up in living room or loft. Would not recommend for families with smaller kids b/c of the stairs and railings
