Situated within walking distance of beaches, cliff walks and the village of Mumbles. Enclosed south-west facing back garden with patio. Parking on the road in a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds for children. Upstairs shower room. WiFi. Cosy lounge with Smart TV with Freeview. Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Langland Cove, Beautiful Seaside Retreat, Mumbles

The top entry in The New York Times list of places to Love, is little old Mumbles. We are superhosts and our place is available through airbnb and directly on our website (Langland Cove, see pictures). The property consists of seven bedrooms over three floors, is spacious and well equipped - perfect for families and groups.
