Very nice place to stay in, with lots of useful amenities like iron, hairdryer and many plugs to charge your phone/cameras/power banks. Spacious bed with an extra couch bed to accommodate for more guests. Apartment was clean

anak² dan istri sangat suka disini...tidak ada komplain sama sekali...air panas lancar dan kencang, ac dingin ,balkon buat santai (cocok buat perokok), SMART tv ok, wifi lancar, cocok buat keluarga 4org karna ada sofabed yg bisa buat 2org anak remaja, peralatan dapur dan memasak lengkap, oven berfungsi dgn baik...very recommended...kekurangannya cuma terlalu jauh aja kalau stay disini dan niat mau jalan pagi tujuan ke malioboro dari sini

This is my second stay here and once again, it didn’t disappoint! I absolutely love the vibes here and the surrounding area is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

We had a really comfortable stay at Irwan's place. The location is super convenient, with lots of food stalls and cafes around. Right next door, there’s an Indomaret and Circle K for anything you might need. The unit was clean and had everything we needed — water, towels, mats, kitchen tools, etc. Everything was well prepared. Thank you ..

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

The place was so homey, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a family to stay. Eventhough the place is in the middle of packed neighbourhood, we had a great rest because it was so quiet. Will be in my list for a place to stay. Thanks Kristy for the hospitality.

The whole experience is wonderful. Seamless check in and the host is very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so so.. the pool isn't the best, and the hallway into the room/unit is dark. But once I got to the room/unit, it's top! Clean, comfortable to stay, and tou'd get everything: tv, water heater, and quite enough appliances in the kitchen.

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.
