Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ngāruawāhia

I had read the great reviews for this place but it still exceeded my expectations. If available this will always be our first choice for accomodation in Te Awamutu. The location is right in the centre of town but still so private. The apartment itself is stunning, with quality furnishings, it was such a pleasure to stay here. It is very spacious but cosy, the bedrooms are beautiful with quality linen. The living area is fabulous too. If you book here, you will be so glad you did!

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Modern, and clean. The unit was great to stay in, shower had excellent pressure and the air-con was easy to use. Great place!

Beautiful home, very private and a quiet neighbourhood, right across the street from Hamilton Golf Club. Stunning views from the living room. Big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a large open kitchen. Coffee shop and cafes close by as is fantastic bike trail along the river. It was so cold when we arrived that Angela even put the electric blanket on, and left some beverages in the fridge for us. So welcoming and a wonderful host, we will definitely be back when we travel for work to NZ again. Thank you so much Angela.

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

Another great stay at Jacqui’s place. The host goes out of her way to make the guests as comfortable as possible. We appreciated the heat pump being turned on in advance of our arrival and an electric blanket on the bed for an elderly family member.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Soul Sanctury farm house Stay.The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The space was immaculately clean and welcoming atmosphere.Moreover stunning views and would highly reccommend the stay to others. Lovely hosts and spotlessly clean place to stay! We were looking for somewhere near Sanctuary Mountain (only 15min away!) and being winter wanted a hot tub. Megan's home did not disappoint. Kitchenette bigger than we thought and easily accommodated the 4 of us for breakfasts. Hot tub was lovely on a chilly evening. Heat pumps in the bedrooms greatly appreciated. Would happily stay again, maybe next time in summer :)

The host Carla was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay there. Instructions provided with straightforward and easy to follow. We really loved how quiet the place was and even though we didn’t quite get to meet the lovely Marvin, his presence was felt. The place was very clean and tidy and provided perfectly just what we needed. A very warm and welcoming feeling entering the house. Would highly recommend Carla’s place whether it be short or long-term stays. We would be more than happy to stay there again. Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Richard was an excellent host. The instructions for the home were clear and uncomplicated. The home itself was clean and I have nothing to complain about. I enjoyed some oranges and lemon off the tree at the back. It was a great stay and my only regret is I did not have time to read any of the novels on the bookshelf.
