“Magical spot! The house is old and quirky. Only one bathroom so do not come here if you like modern luxury, but if you just want a clean and comfortable bed in wonderful surroundings then you will love it. Ross was very friendly and helpful. He is a talented person, there are many of his wood carvings scattered around. The weather was kind to us. The River is lovely for a dip. We only stayed for one night but would have loved it to be longer.”
Country retreat, close to Motueka Valley River, 5mins drive away. Motueka Town, known as the gateway to the Abel Tasman national park is 15mins drive away. Quiet location which allows you to get back to nature. Accommodation provides a modern self sufficient experience with access to private courtyard outside area, with views of the surrounding countryside.
“Lovely place to stay! Super cute studio next to a beautiful house in the middle of nowhere. Room is very stylish and clean. Unfortunately we left early due to very bad weather. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet in a nice place with a beautiful view. Janette is also very nice and helpful.”
A sunny country cottage and former art studio, is set in our organic garden with abundant bird live and view of the mountains. Lovingly renovated it's now fully self contained with a beautiful deck where you can enjoy colourful sunsets and a wonderful country night sky. “Tanja's tiny house was just what we needed for a night's stay. Very comfortable and clean, and tucked away next to a pretty garden. Tanja greeted us when we arrived and we had a nice chat. Would definitely recommend!”
