nice place, nice surrounding, a quite place after 9.30 PM. for group of people who likes to sing along and a little noisy the place is not suitable. but for the people who love a quite place and peacefully environment, this is the one. thank you for having us at your place.

A nice place to stay for a family of five. There are only two rooms, so we still could have our privacy and time together. Although you might need to be extra careful when bringing toddlers, because the pool side could be slippery and the pool is quite deep for a baby. Nice tv, super clean bathrooms (which is very important for me), and well circulated air and lights. The place is pretty far from shops or city center, so good if you have a car although the parking might be a bit challenging but manageable. Fit for those who wish to get away from crowds. Pack your food, spices, meat, and all so you dont need to go anywhere 😅. Also, they provide complimentary (fruits and instant noodles) which is soo unexpectedly helpful. Hahaha. Kudos to the host! Looking fwd to be back!! xx

What a beautiful home! it truly exceeded our expectations. My mother had just undergone surgery at RS Sardjito, so instead of returning to my mother’s home in Jepara, we decided to rest in Yogya and stay at Surfrider. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and sand playground, and my mom found the home theatre especially soothing with its calming music. One evening there was a short power outage, but Ben and Kak Galuh responded quickly and handled it right away, we really appreciated their care. The location was also ideal, close to many great places to eat. We followed Ben and Kak Galuh’s recommendations and tried Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil and Sate Klathak Pak Pong (both were excellent). In the mornings, my family enjoyed peaceful walks around the neighbourhood and even bought delicious bubur ayam keliling. A recommended stay in Yogya for families.😊👌

Tempatnya persis pinggir jalan kaliurang. Mudah ditemukan. Parkiran luas. Bersih, sesuai dengan yg di foto dan deskripsi. Si kecil betah banget berenang di villa. Di kamar utama ad extra bed jg. Bakalan balik k sini lg klo k jogja.

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Sifa’s house was a wonderful place to stay during my recent trip to Yogyakarta. It is easy to find, spacious, and is like described on Airbnb. I highly recommend Sifa’s home stay to anyone seeking a nice place to stay while visiting Yogyakarta!

Had a great stay at Sarita’s! Only stayed a night but it felt like I could’ve stayed longer. The place was super clean, the linens smelled great, and there wasn’t a speck of dust. I asked the staff and turns out they clean the place daily, even when it's not booked 👏🏼 There was a power outage in the morning and a small plumbing leak, but Sarita responded quickly and sent someone to fix it right away. She even gave us bakpia Jogja as a parting gift 😊 such a sweet gesture If I can suggest one thing, the water pressure was quite low and made it hard to wash my hair. Hope that can be improved! Thanks again, would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

I had such a lovely stay. The house was spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and truly felt like home. The water pressure was just right—so comforting after a long day exploring. The location is also great, very close to Prambanan Temple and several other beautiful temples in the area. It made sightseeing super convenient. The host was very responsive and informative, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Tempatnya nyaman banget feels home, kamar nya besar2 dengan fasilitas lengkap persis seperti deskripsi, bagusss sekali rumahnya... dan juga disediakan indomie dan telur juga di kulkas, cocok banget menginap disini bareng keluarga.. 😁🙏

Rumah ini sangat nyaman, tenang, sejuk, bersih, rapih, dan tentunya fasilitas lengkap terdapat alat masak, dispenser, penanak nasi, alat makan, dapur, 2 kamar mandi yang dilengkapi water heater. Tersedia 3 kamar dengan tempat tidur yang banyak, bahkan terdapat extrabed juga tanpa biaya tambahan, rumah ini cukup hingga 8-10 orang dewasa. Ini rumah nyaman dan enak untuk staycation dengan keluarga dengan tenang dan nyaman.

Great choice for family or friends with 3 BRs, each with TV and bath, perfectly clean and well furnished. Probably the best Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Owner has also done a great job decorating and the place is convenient for the usual Jogja activities. We don’t know how you could beat this place for a short or even longer stay.

A delightful experience! We love the house! Beautiful traditional home along with all its furniture in a peaceful surrounding area. The person taking care of us is also friendly and very nice. Strongly recommended!

Beautiful place, good service, and great location! The place is so comfy we almost consider to book another night but since we got a train to catch we sadly couldn’t 😭 The host is always responsive and very helpful. They even give us some instant ramen for free! We really gonna be coming back!

Modern room, tucked away in a small side road so we had peaceful sleep at night. Great location and easy to reach the centre of the city from here The host was super friendly and helpful. We also received a lovely welcome gift which took us by surprise! Would definately recommend staying here.

Awalnya mau nginep semalam aja, tapi pas sampai di homestay langsung pengen stay bermalam2 karena bersih dan hommie bangett. Dan yang paling penting disini selalu dibersihkan setiap hari.

villanya bersih banget, sejuk, rapi, cukup luas untuk kami yg ber12 waktu itu. ada kamar mandi disetiap kamarnya jadi ga perlu antri untuk mandi. perlengkapan makan lengkap, perlengkapn mandi juga lengkap. semua sudah disediakan. apalagi ada penjaga yg standby 24/7 jadi mau minta tolong juga bisaaa.

Ini pengalaman pertama kami menginap di Airbnb Yogya, tepatnya di Arfani's House. Untuk staycation, biasanya kami lebih memilih hotel. Dapat info dari teman suami (mr. Tham & isteri) orang Singapore, bhw sangat nyaman menginap di Arfani's House. Kami merasakan sendiri, rumahnya nyaman, bersih dan suasananya enak... ada gemericik air, di belakang rumah ada taman dan banyak pohon di sekeliling rumah yg membuat adem 😍 Pertama masuk rumah di malam hari, kereen banget 🥰👍👍👍 Terima kasih Arfani's House 🙏🤗 Senang sekali kami bisa menginap disini 💕

tempat super oke cuma kekuranganya cuma di parkiran yang agak tinggi sehingga mempersulit mobil parkir karena nyangkut

Indra y su madre fueron muy amables. Tuvimos contratiempos con los vuelos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Su madre nos ofreció un desayuno completísimo imposible de acabarse. El alojamiento está en una zona residencial bonita, rodeado de arrozales y a 10 minutos del templo Prambanan. La casa está súper bien calidad / precio. Solamente por decir algo, bastante común en la zona y poco para nosotros, la ducha está integrada con el water.
