I had a great stay with a friendly host and in a spacious and clean accommodation.

I had a great stay! Lien was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. Very cozy and comfortable. However, I should mention that the pool, as listed in the ad, is not included for free. Each use comes with an additional charge, which wasn’t clearly stated in the listing. That said, I would still absolutely book this apartment again whenever I’m in Hải Phòng and can fully recommend it to anyone visiting.

We had the best nights sleep here! The bed and duvet were super comfy! The apartment was super cute! The hosts even offered to take us on a food tour for free which was lovely, we just didn’t have time

The flat was a decent place to stay as this building is newly built. Great location, only 10 mins to drive to the city center. It was quiet enough for us to enjoy our stay. Duc was very easy to talk to and responsive. He also supported us a lot when we needed an iron as well as with the parking (it was a relief). It would be even better if there was a bin ready in the flat, but it was not a big deal as we could find some plastic bag in the cupboard. The issue was with the building itself, because the floor b2 and b3 were quite smelly. But in general, it was a nice weekend getaway experience.

great place to stay with family

We had a lovely 2-day-1-night stay at Tonkin Ha Long. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a cozy Rustic-Indochine style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with both sea and mountain views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Провели прекрасный месяц в этом жилье. Все понравилось! Вокруг много магазинов со всем необходимым и много ресторанов. Найти такси не составляет труда. Квартира прекрасно подходит для удаленной работы. Есть как минимум один рабочий стол, который можно занять ноутбуком, еще сверхскоростной интернет. Из окон прекрасный вид на бухту, скалы тоже видно. Хозяйка заботливо предупредила о том, что большинство магазинов будут закрыты в период празднования Нового года, так что у нас была возможность закупить продукты заранее. Спасибо Giang за гостеприимство ❤️

We had a great stay, Anna and Kevin were great and even helped us set up transport to and from Hanoi. The views were really nice from the rooms, would definitely stay again if in Halong bay.

Perfect extended stay! Huyen is an EXCEPTIONAL, business-savvy host that works tirelessly to ensure every aspect of your stay is pleasant. No sewage smells; yes: hot, strong water flow, consistent WIFI and all of your kitchen items. Ideal stay for peace, during low-volume months. The unit is spotless; furniture and fixtures are not worn down. The complex was built in the last 2 years, and is maintained. PROS VERY quiet; not many people staying in the hotel, & there are not any other active hotels nearby- everything is being developed. But you will not hear any construction. Corner unit. PLENTY of taxis waiting downstairs. Black out curtains Outdoor exercise area on the lake Local vendor market for fresh produce 5 minute ride CONS Closest major grocery store (Big C and MMegamart are 25 minute ride over the bridge to the city) Small refrigerator if you cook frequently Music is VERY loud during weddings & gatherings; usually last 3pm-10pm. Hallways echo; guests' kids are noisy

Kat was so helpful! She made sure we were able to locate the home, that check-in was easy, and that we had all we needed during our stay. She had recommendations for food, transportation and translation services. The home is beautiful and in a quaint little resort area. I would highly recommend Kat and her home.

Son Le est un super hôte ! Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés, il m'a tout de suite aider quand je lui ai dit que j'étais bloqué du cou et avec une réactivité incroyable quelqu'un m'a accompagné en taxi jusqu'à l'hôpital pour me fournir des décontractant ! La gentillesse des locaux est telle qu'ils m'ont fait à manger ensuite pour me souhaiter un bon rétablissement ! 100% fiable et recommandable

老板是个超级有活力的男士，非常健谈，会提供很多的服务，住宿环境也非常整洁干净！在楼下提供咖啡和厨房，设施非常齐全，大家可以在客厅一起聊天，可以找到同行的朋友！很棒很棒
