とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I’ll be returning here every time I am in Hanoi!! Minh Anh’s place is perfect in that it is so close to the old quarter but just across the street so it is much more peaceful. There is an overpass bridge you can pass which makes coming to and from the old quarter easy. The space is beautiful and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Everything is in clean and modern condition. There is also a washing machine. Minh Anh is also very responsive and helpful. Just a 10/10 stay in Hanoi. Lastly, if you are an expat the WiFi is really good and much better than what a hotel can offer!

Nguyen is an amazing host and the apartment is impeccable. Throughout my stay we maintained a close communication, everything worked perfectly and there were absolutely no issues. The apartment is exactly as it has been described, it's a home away from home. It was a pleasure staying at Nguyen's place. I highly recommend it!

Очень удобная и уютная квартира со всем необходимым для жизни. Хост дружелюбный, отвечает на все вопросы моментально. Локация Экопарк просто волшебная, тут хорошая инфраструктура, удобно гулять пешком, в речке плавают лебеди (черные в том числе), подальше в парке гуляют павлины и гуси, вокруг много японских ресторанов и кофейн. Отличное место чтобы отдохнуть от шумной жизни

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sie ist sauber und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Sie ist ausserhalb, jedoch fährt der E02 fast vor der Türe. Für diesen Preis kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Wir waren wirklich sehr sehr zufrieden :)

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel groen aan het water en vol met winkels en restaurants. Er zijn vrijwel geen touristen en je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de Vietnamese cultuur. Door de hoogte op de 31ste verdieping is het stil en het uitzicht is geweldig. Schuin tegenover kijkt men op een oude tempel! Aardige buren, handig ingedeeld en zeer betaalbaar!

The apartment is very nice. the shower, ac, and washing machine all work well. the view from balcony is excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and the smart city is.very walkable. there is also a nice lake across the street. the hosts are helpful and responsive. This is a great option for a long term stay.

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

Остались довольны проживанием! Жилье соответствует описанию, чистое и уютное. Расположение удобное, рядом есть всё необходимое. Отдельно отмечу бассейн – он платный: официальная цена 60, но хозяин может сделать скидку до 50. Если договориться с местными, можно сходить за 45. Рекомендую этот вариант для отдыха!

everything is great, easy to check in, the apt is nice and the bed is so comfy. Right at the Vincom mall, so it's so convenient. Definitely recommended!

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
