1. Location: This is a 2-story private villa located in the "Anbin" area of a private housing complex near Nhatrang Binful Harbor (land pier). It takes 30 minutes from Cam Ranh Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Nhatrang by taxi. 2. Included facilities: 1st floor (living room, kitchen, 1 room, swimming pool), 2nd floor (4 rooms). 5 double bedrooms (5 bathrooms per room), 1 living room toilet, outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor kitchen (gas stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, tableware), water purifier, refrigerator, air conditioner in each room, Wi-Fi, living room smart TV, outdoor BBQ facilities. Each room is equipped with towels, toilet paper, disposable items, and detergents. 3. Breakfast: Served as a local Vietnamese breakfast. Ex) For 3 nights. Pervo (beef noodles), gum (charcoal pork rice), perga (chicken noodles) 4. House maid service: Cleaning once a day, collecting used towels, and refilling supplies. Charcoal setting for grilling when using external BBQ facilities. 5. It is good for large family trips of about 10 people, and it is good for golf teams of 4-5 people who need each room.

Local wooden house

The house is 7km from the city center, suitable for families and couples with transportation because it is quite difficult to travel by public transport. A truly local experience and suitable for long-term stays. There won't be amenities like regular housekeeping or smart locks. The orchard can be used, but you need to clean and water it daily. The house is near the train tracks and it's a bit hard to find the way, so consider if you can't stand the noise and just want to stay in tourist places with lots of amenities.
