Cottage holiday rentals in Niagara River

This was a phenomenal stay! The house was clean and well stocked (e.g. toilet paper, soap, dishes, etc.). The rooms were as posted in the photos, so there were no surprises! Vu was a very responsive and helpful host. When we had trouble with the hot tub, he came down right away and checked the water for us. As a suggestion for those visiting, if you are sensitive to pool chemicals, you should run the hot tub for one cycle before getting in. There were some spatulas that were unclean in the drawer, but this was not of big concern to us as it might have just been missed while cleaning. Location wise, it’s walkable to Crystal Beach and it has some cute shops along the way! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The place was incredibly accommodating for the group of 8 of us !! We had a great time hanging out in the backyard and between the kitchen and dining table with the open concept. The place was tidy, clean, and all the amenities were as advertised — would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great. Beautiful setting, functioning hot tub and beautiful fire pit area. Very comfortable and would recommend staying here again!

I highly recommend this particular home if you are needing beauty and peace. Everything is exactly as described and the hosts are incredibly proactive and kind. The location is serene and the views are incredible.

My wife and I came to this lakeside cottage right after our marriage for our honeymoon and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we stepped inside we could see how Nickesha went out of her way in decorating her beautiful cottage to welcome and congratulate us in our marriage. My wife and I would never have expected a host to go so far in making this trip feel so special for us. The house was stunning, clean, well organized and smelled great with a beautiful view of the lake straight from the master bedroom! The view of the lake and watching the stars at night from straight from the hot tub was the highlight for us and made this such a magical honeymoon that we will always remember. We felt right at home here and it was hard packing up to leave at the end of our trip after making such beautiful memories. Thank you Nickesha, it would be a privilege to be able to come here again in the future!

One of our favorite Air BNBs!! The house was perfect for us and our two pups and the bed was super comfortable! There were snacks waiting for us when we arrived and we loved using the Fire-Pit for s’mores. The hot tub came in handy because it was abnormally chilly for our stay. We didn’t cook while there but there were plenty of supplies had we needed to. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would recommend this place!

Our stay was great! The house comfortably accommodated three families and a dog. The location was convenient - close enough to grocery stores and letchworth park. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay and found the process very easy from check in to checkout. Alissa and Jeff answered all questions quickly. Loved our time in the area and found this to be a perfect place for this area.

We had such a great time staying here! The walk to the cliffs was super muddy, but we still made the best of it. It was shocking to see the sheer drop of the cliffside. We weren’t expecting that! It was a beautiful view at sunset. We were very comfortable during our stay, and hope to come again for even longer!

The Crystal Cottage is such an amazing place! Anne Marie and Norm are such wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The cottage is in a great location within walking distance to everything and is still very quiet an peaceful. The local people are also fantastic and make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend the Crystal Cottage to other guests and will be back for sure!

We came up for the weekend to escape life for the weekend and this was an amazing choice. You can literally walk out the back door and look at the water from the deck. The house has all the amenities you could need and plenty of extras. Host was very responsive and gave us some recommendations while in the area. Only an hour from Niagara Falls. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return.

I was looking for a last-minute getaway from Toronto with my dog Luna, and Robert was quick to respond and accommodate us. The Airbnb is the perfect cottage -- cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail made it feel warm and welcoming. We enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach and also discovered a lovely trail nearby for Luna to explore. When I accidentally locked myself out of the cottage, Robert was incredibly responsive and showed up within 10 minutes to let us back in. We’re already planning our next trip back — we highly recommend staying at Robert and Cole's!

What a find! I grew up near lake and it was as beautiful as ever to look out the windows as we ate with many memories. The large table was well used. It was a perfect place to have a small family reunioun with cousins. It was also used to play cards with childhood friends. Close to Letchworh Park. She was very responsive , had every instruction written, local menus and was very clean. She had coffee and laundry stuff which was sooooo appreciated. A family friend will probably book it. I MOST certainly will. Although we did not use the fire pit area-tooo cold/rainy it would have been a great place to hang out along with the patio area. Did not miss having no lake access but close to public beach. Nice driveway that fit more than 2 cars. Love the week spent there!

the place was beautiful you felt like you were at a cottage even tho it was a residential area. everything inside was labeled so you knew were everything was and the host was helpful and responded fast if there was any questions!

The location of this cottage is great! Despite the fact that it's right by the road, it feels very private. It's also very close to many wineries, shops and restaurants. We didn't have a car and biked every where and it was very convenient. Also it can easily fit 5 couples!

We had a great time at Castaway Cottage. We stayed there while visiting Niagara Falls to be near the beautiful Lake Ontario and the ambiance and shops of Olcott. I loved that the cottage took me out of my everyday and provided a more rustic experience. The place is roomier than you'd expect and our dogs loved running in the enclosed backyard. The cottage is side by side with an older building, but it is very quiet & safe. The only time you really notice that is when you're walking up. Speaking of walking, it is walking distance to everything you could need. Lots of restaurants, but due to Celiac Disease in the family, we were delighted to be just a couple hundred feet from Covey's Cove, where they had a designated gluten free fryer and the best tacos I've ever had. The cottage has everything you need, you just need to look in all the drawers and cabinets. 4 adults and 1 teen was tight but comfortable (and I appreciated that Brian reached out to ensure a good fit). Would stay again!

Roland's place was absolutely perfect. Such a great location and a short walk into town. The place was spotless with a really well stocked kitchen and plenty of soft, fresh towels. The beds were also extremely comfortable and Roland was very responsive. He even offered us an early check-in as the place was ready for us. Would definitely stay again!

So peaceful!!! We sat out on the deck every night and watched the sunset across Lake Ontario. So beautiful! We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip back. Thank you so much!

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Three levels of seating to enjoy the lake views. The beds were so comfortable unlike many places. The restaurant Garden Houzz just down the street is a close walk and a hidden gem! We had a rainy cold stay but we enjoyed an amazing time because of the views and amenities.

Very nice and private place with great amenities. Cheryl was very responsive and flexible with check in etc.

We stayed at On Seven Estate for a quick weekend getaway. The location is peaceful and perfect, it’s close to vineyards and the town of Niagara on the Lake. The property is very clean and well maintained. Everything is exactly as advertised on AirB&B. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck overlooking the vineyard every morning. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed having a private wine tasting of the wine produced by Vittorio and his team at On Seven. It was an absolute pleasure learning about the vineyard and the different kinds of grapes and wine. On Seven felt like a home away from home and we will definitely be staying there again.

The moment we entered Carolyn’s place, our response was WOW!! We were there to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. After every day of last minute wedding duties, it was great to come back to The Stone Cottage. The grounds, the serene setting of the backyard, the fully equipped kitchen, the fireplace. I could go on, but I will leave some “WOW!!” for you 😉. There were four of us and we had more than enough room and privacy. Check in/check out was very easy. Carolyn was quick to respond to any questions we had. The Stone Cottage will be our ‘go to’ whenever we are in the Niagara region!

This was a great location, with a wonderful lot on Lake Erie. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very happy with the accommodations and would reserve again.

This was a nice place to stay. It was well decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The river nearby was beautiful scenery and had a nice walking path right next to it. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the area or Niagara Falls.
