The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view of the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible in terms of (noise)nuisance, but we do work to look after our horses. Do you have your own horse? If so, take it with you. Pleasant, spacious (70 m2) appartment on the whole groundfloor of my house with private, modest kitchen and private bathroom and access to a large cozy garden (150m2) in the center of Den Helder. Walking distance to the sea, the trainstation (75 minutes to Amsterdam) and the ferry to Texel. Parking is free in a distance of 300 meter, and around the house is a blue parking zone here you can stand for three hours. Garage available to park your bikes inside. Supermarket one minute walking distance.

The apartment is located on the ground floor directly behind the huge sea dike of Den Helder. Here are beautiful sea views every day. The best view during the Sail Den Helder event! In the always cool sea breeze, the tough history of the area can be experienced up close, as well as the city center or the relaxed island of Texel. Within less than 1.5 hours drive (!) you will find some of the best tourist attractions in the Netherlands - such as Amsterdam. All well worth great day trips!

Built in 1888 as "Haagsche Aak", this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank House and Centraal Station. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Heidehof is a detached holiday home for 6 people in one of the most beautiful places in Texel. On the West side of the island near the woods and the beach with unobstructed views over the meadows, the dunes and the church of Den Hoorn. Rabbits, buzzards, chickpeas and owls regularly come to take a look at Heidehof. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful starry sky in the Netherlands, kept warm by the wood fire in the fireplace.
