Apartment holiday rentals in Nigeria

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and made settling in effortless. The host, Mr. OlorunToyin, was welcoming and open to suggestions. While the apartment was mostly excellent, the bathroom does need attention, as water leaks onto the floor after showers. I reported this to the manager, who was otherwise very helpful and provided me with a clothes hanger when needed. His friendliness and responsiveness made a difference. The MTN internet service met the basic needs outlined in the listing but ran out quickly. For guests who work remotely or wish to stream content, upgrading to an unlimited plan would greatly enhance the experience. Also, while DStv is available, the option to log into personal Netflix accounts would offer more flexibility for international guests. Despite these minor issues, , I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return next time I’m in town. SEE YOU NEXT TIME

I’ve stayed here consistently over the last 3 years because it offers everything I need, its peaceful, secure, in a great location, well presented and an amazing host. For my needs this is probably one of the best places to stay in terms of its location and the responsiveness of the host. Everything just works for me, it would be hard to beat. It’s not a flamboyant place just simple, clean, convenient and comfortable.

This place I would describe with one word “intentional” the host was very intentional about the place. Such a cute space. I booked this place for my sisters and every time I went visiting I’m always in awe of all the thoughts that went into putting that place together. My sisters loved the space and enjoyed their space. i was a little bit scared when my family check in. into the apartment because it their first in nigeria, but it happens to be one of the best experiences they had in airbnd. The place is really great. and i will recommend it for anyone. .Electricity Great . The apartment was perfect, cannot complain about anything all amenities that were listed were available and the apartment was pristine clean. No issues with internet or electricity. In the area there is many food places available like the place, chicken republic, Dominos etc all within walking distance of 5mins. Security in the area is also another part to highlight, security is very tight making one feel truly safe in the area. No need to worry about anything. I will Most likely make this place an apartment I will be booking whenever I am in Lagos. There are absolutely no negatives about this place. This should be everyone’s no1 Spot.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Our host was responsive and helpful whenever we had any concerns. My group and I aren’t overly particular, so the minor hiccups we experienced weren’t significant enough to detract from our experience. The only critique would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent, especially on our last day, though it worked well for most of our stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The light was truly constant and the host was responsive. The apartment is beautiful and everything was in working order. A few small issues were dealt with promptly. The host and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The apartment was very clean and even better than the pictures. Its also beautiful and comfortable. The area and the apartment is very secure and peaceful. To point out that our host ensured we had an outstanding customer experience . We had an issue with the security door but he dealt with the matter professionally, promptly and efficiently. He was very empathetic while offering resolutions including alternative accommodation , refund for the night and late checkout at no additional cost. I would definitely love to stay again and I highly recommend 👌

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.
