It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The living room, which has about 20 tatami mats, has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and a relaxing space for families and friends. A terrace made for viewing the sky and sea from the sea when you go out from the window to the terrace.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. It is a great space for those who enjoy a view of Irita Beach, a beach recognized as the highest ranked water quality AA, from a hill, the sound of birds chirping, the sound of the wind, and embracing nature as they are. It's a 3-minute walk from JR Inatori Station. It is a very quiet place, and it is a private rental house located in the atmospheric streets of a rural port town. It is a cozy place like returning to your parents' house in the countryside. The house is made of pure, soft, and warm cedar, and everything is finished with beeswax, so it is safe for babies and a very calming place. Inatori is also an easy place to go to Minamiizu, Nishiizu, etc. Please stay at this house.
