Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nikaia

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

We had a wonderful stay! Spyros was approachable, considerate, and very supportive throughout. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It also had easy access to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Das Airbnb ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung und die zahlreichen Bewertungen erwarten lassen - einfach top für einen Städte-Trip in Athen. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt, mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und die Kommunikation mit Christos ist super schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns 8 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nachbarschaft ist gespickt mit sehr netten und guten Tavernen und Restaurants; dennoch bleibt es auch am Wochenende ruhig. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, alles innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das City Center sind fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn man sich über die Metro bewegen möchte, sind alle drei Linien innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns eine reine 5 Sterne Bewertung!

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was spotless, well-appointed, comfortable & had all the amenities needed for our stay in Athens. Building entry is a bit dark due to missing lightbulbs, otherwise easy access. Convenient to the Victoria metro & a great restaurant (SOUVLAKI ΤΥΛΙΞΕ ΤΟ) is right there on the square. There is also a Lidl & other smaller markets within walking distance. The neighborhood just a few streets over seemed to be a cool mix of Polish & Arab folks, the latter of which were a bit harassing to me in my tshirt/leggings, touched my butt and said aggressive things to me on the street & at the fruit stand even though I was traveling with my 201cm (6'7) tall brother. I was not anticipating such an issue in Athens, so just an FYI for any women traveling alone. But this is nothing against the lodging. Otherwise we felt safe, even at night. Public transit & taxis were both very easy even for our 4am return to the airport. I would definitely stay again!

Erg fijn verblijf! Zaten ook dichtbij een metrostation, dus konden ons gemakkelijk door de hele stad vervoeren. Verder is het een leuk aangekleed appartement. Het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is als je wilt douchen dat je de boiler aan moet zetten even max 30 min moet wachten voordat je kan douchen. Douche was erg comfortabel, dus je moet alleen wat extra tijd incalculeren. Ik ben erg te vreden over het verblijf, dus zou het zeker boeken! Host is ook erg vriendelijk en meedenkend in verband met uitchecktijden.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nektarios. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé . La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est très utile par fortes chaleurs . L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter facilement Athènes sans être en plein centre ! Nektarios a été très attentif à nos besoins et très réactif , même si nous n’avons pas pu le voir en personne. Le seul bémol peut être le bruit du boulevard qui est très fréquenté, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir ! Nous recommandons.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με θέα στον Παρθενώνα και την ακρόπολη ! Πεντακάθαρο , εφοδιασμένο κατάλληλα , οργανωμένο και το τζακούζι πολύ χαλαρωτικό !

Natasa and Sotiris were wonderful hosts! Very quick responses to any questions we had during our stay and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well. We felt very welcome and appreciated by the hosts. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! From booking to check-out, the hosts were communicative and eager to accommodate every need. The one thing to note (not a negative) is that Omonia can be an… interesting place at night. Luckily, you are in the heart of city center so everything is within a €10 taxi ride. When, not if, we return to Athens, we WILL be staying with this exact same spot!
