Holiday houses in Nikokleia

Stuart’s place was a perfect get away. Stuart was great at communicating and giving us tips about where to visit, how to get about the area and in Cyprus, transfer v hire car. Everything was excellent, we had details of a local contact who checked by phone if everything was alright, on one occasion we did make contact and they responded within 10 minutes of our message. A very accurate description of the apartment which was lovely and comfortable, it had everything that we needed for our holiday. We will definitely return. The tennis academy and Padel lesson were a bonus. Thank you Stuart.

Stayed at Fontana's place for 10 nights in April.. Had a lovely time, everything was great. The bedrooms are large and the pool area was great for relaxing in the sun. There is a small kiosk shop for milk, drinks etc about a 2 min walk near the cork n bottle restaurant, which was really useful for last minute things. The big supermarket is about a 5 mins drive. You can catch the 601 bus from outside the place which goes to the bus station in Pafos, karavella bus station, which is in the town centre, so getting into the centre was fine. Fontana's place is definitely recommended.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and convenient. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for the great hospitality — I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here. The host was excellent. Super responsive, helpful, and went out of his way to offer recommendations beyond just the Airbnb or the immediate area. You could tell he genuinely cared that guests have a good experience. The apartment itself was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Everything inside was recently renovated. Modern, fresh, and in top condition. No issues at all. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The terrace had a solid setup: a table and a gas grill, perfect for BBQs. What really stood out for me though was the fitness equipment: pull-up bar, dip bars, resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbbells, even a weight vest. Great bonus if you're into training and want to stay active during your stay. All in all, highly recommend this place. Clean, well-equipped, great location, and a host who genuinely cares about his guests. Would book again.

I have just returned from a very nice 4 weeks in Fotini's house. As always the entry instructions were clear and concise, the house very clean and everything worked as it should do. The house is in a quiet part of Timi village, and just a short walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, grill houses and restaurants, the bus stops are quite close by also depending on where you want to go. The house is only a short drive from paphos airport and if you had a car there is off road parking inside the gates of the house. The garden is a nice place to relax, with plenty of flowers and trees, including a lemon tree which had an abundance of fruit which made nice refreshing drinks in the warm weather. There are tables and chairs to allow you to sit in the sun or shade as required. I find Fotini's house to be quiet, well equipped and comfortable, and Fotini is a great host, and always available to answer any questions or give advice on the area. I look forward to many more stays.

We had a great week at Shan’s place. It was clean, spacious and most important peaceful. Not so far from nice beaches if you have a car. Nice swimming pool outside. Really recommended place if you wanna have a relaxing peaceful vacation out of the crowd. :)

Brilliant stay in a great villa in a super location. Communication was first class with any questions answered almost immediately. Can highly recommend Danielle and the villa.
