Very good place, cheaper and excellent for this price

The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

A charming hotel of yesteryear at the bottom of a peaceful cul-de-sac. An oasis of greenery and plants with beautiful flowers. A stunning view of the Nile and Luxor Temple from the highest terrace. A hearty, local breakfast. A nice pool during hot weather. Shaded corners under lemon trees. Adorable , discreet and efficient staff! I loved the screens that protect the beds. Fans and air conditioning are a must in August. The hotel benefits from an exceptional situation: not far from the ferry to cross (you arrive directly at the Museum on the way down from the ferry, Karnak is on the left , Luxor and the souk on the right) , Hamada Market is 2 steps away as well as an agency to book the hot air balloon. Nearby you will find a multitude of restaurants and take away... You can even find donkeys to take a walk in the surrounding countryside! But if you want to eat in the hotel, you can...

Even though we had to cross the Nile river several times I love the place. We had a balcony with a view to the Nile river. There was a pool which I could not use, maybe next time. I really enjoy the ambiance, the location and the hospitality. One remark: I wish mattress as bit softer. For my Mom mattress was fine. I would recommend / ask for a full body mirror.

Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Belle Epoque. Our apartment was truly exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. The villa itself is a unique boutique property nestled in the quiet and atmospheric district of Maadi, which gave our stay a relaxed and refined feel. Breakfasts were excellent, with the option to dine inside the elegant dining room or outside by the pool — a perfect start to the day. Speaking of pools, there are two on the property, and our children were absolutely delighted. The staff were outstanding: kind, helpful, and wonderfully discreet. A peaceful oasis in Cairo — we would gladly return.

The place was amazing, very peaceful, and incredibly beautiful. Our room was really comfortable, spacious and clean with an incredible view. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you’re having a great time. Very friendly people and make sure you try their fresh watermelon juice. Don’t think twice if you wanna book a room in this unique hotel, highly recommended! By far the most magical place to stay in Aswan.

Great place to stay on the edge of the Nubian village, with a small pool and ability to swim in the Nile. Staff very friendly and helpful, beer available which was good.

The place is perfect to go and spend a few days of rest in complete tranquility, the place is spacious and has what is necessary to have a good stay. Highly recommended👌

The room is very modern and great for a short Stay very close to Sheraton Street and everything You need in the City of hurghada. The beach and Pool are a nice Option for warm Temperatures and the beach is within a close distance of some Minutes walk. The rooftop Has a lovely view over the City. Due to the City area there is some Noise from the Streets below and reconstructions in close area during the Day time.

Omar helped to make sure our trip was smooth. The rooms are spacious, and clean. I highly recommend the resort and the host.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Menna, the host manager, took exceptional care of us – she was always available, kind, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs and expectations. She truly made us feel special 🤍 We tried also food which was so delicious tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. We were also treated to a romantic candle dinner on the rooftop, which I highly recommend requesting! The atmosphere was magical. The villa is in a great location, very close to the pyramids. And the rooftop view? Amazing! We recommend this place – it’s a hidden gem perfect for a romantic or a family stay

A boutique hotel with a truly special atmosphere of peace and relaxation. It’s the kind of place where your soul can truly rest. The house reef is stunning — full of bright corals, beautiful underwater caves, and truly one of the most beautiful reefs along the coast. Mr. Magdy personally welcomed us and was very attentive throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for his kind and heartfelt hospitality. The food was delicious and plentiful, and it was a real pleasure to try traditional Egyptian dishes. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Egypt, this one stands out for its warm, relaxing atmosphere, the care shown to guests, and the genuinely heartfelt attitude of the staff. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a quiet atmosphere, tasty food, excellent service, and a beautiful underwater world.

Great stay, great location, kind of hard to find, but room was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the terrace was great.

The room was exactly like the pictures and the atmosphere was amazing. The hosts were really warm and nice people ready to help with anything at any moment. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back!

White was really responsive, the location was peaceful and the apartment was a few minutes walk from the beach. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures.

Great place. It is on the “other side” of the nike so you’re closer to the local side of the experience but that’s not necessarily a bad thing if you can negotiate food prices to cross the Nile. The breakfast is too late if you’re going on early morning excursions but the place is beautiful and the staff are nice.

Mohamed was very Good. Everything clean and close to the pyramids. Issar pick me up in the AirPort, very Good guy also. I recommend this hotel. 5 star
