I would recommend this place to anyone needing a location with easy parking, comfortable furniture, or plenty of space. What a perfect spot to wake up in and return to at the end of several long days of work! Coffee in a rocker on the sun porch in the morning and an extremely comfortable bed were the ideal bookends. Emily's space is tranquil and unique - I felt like I was staying at the home of a good friend who just happened to have an extra apartment upstairs to spare! I also loved having a separate office/work space and the wifi was terrific. I hope to return the next time I'm in Evanston/Chicago for work!

Margerita and Monique's place was exactly what we needed! In a calm and beautiful location, clean, beautifully furnished, private, and had the most comfortable bed! It was a short walk to the train and easy to get around! There was plenty of parking available! We will definitely reserve again when we visit Chicago in the future. We had a fantastic stay at David's apartment in Chicago! The unit itself was beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. The host was excellent—very responsive, proactive, and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout. But the real standout is the location. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, it’s an easy walk to Wrigley Field, surrounded by great restaurants and breweries, and close to public transportation. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

The moment I walked in, it feels like home! The house is very nicely decorated, and it has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked and she even has a basketball for my kid to play with in the court right in front of the house. She even welcomes the guests with a nice bar of chocolate , card and fresh flowers! We will stay here again if we visit Evanston!

Words can’t describe how beautiful and clean the property and neighborhood is! The house is very spacious and modern. The basement is new, has a big room and bathroom with shower. The masters bedroom has a living room and GORGEOUS bathroom! The host provided cleaning supplies and even personal bathroom supplies for men and woman. The host was very nice and friendly 🥰 We had an incident with our previous AIRBNB and we had to rent this one last minute- The host responded at 1am letting us checked in at 1am. If you plan on staying here, please take care of it lol It’s such a lovely house! 100% Recommend!

We love staying in this little house that’s actually quite big, wonderful outdoor area. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy it, but looked really amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and hot water was fantastic. Close to the airport and convenient to lots of nice restaurants.

Very well renovated cute little house, located 5mins from the highway. It's very convenient to get around by car, but it was also in the walkable neightborhood. Games in the basement kept our kids happy and busy. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable flat in a quiet area. Couple of minutes' walk to buses and the blue line to get into the City. Ewa was very communicative and helpful, the place was clean, and I appreciated the selection of snacks and tea on arrival. Would definitely stay again if I visit Chicago.
