Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Nilgiris

The listing is pretty accurate with the view that you get from here. And the photos don’t do justice do the breath taking view from here. The place is near to pretty nice restaurants and has a good parking space. Must have waffles at nutty waffy taffy very close to this place near Nilgiris.

The cottage is situated at a beautiful location and close to the city center. The hosts, Rohith and Anish, are both very friendly and cooperative. All in all, it was a beautiful and pleasant stay.

woww!!! what a mesmerizing view that was, when we woke up (even if we had missed the sunrise). we had booked the morning glory and had an awesome private fireplace. the garden view and front view both were mesmerizing. I had also gone through all the reviews so already confirmed with host before going there, about bad locks and bad water but I found exactly how he described that they have fixed the issues and I found that the new locks have been added there and water was also not red. the only thing is wifi doesn't work in the rooms, but in common area it works smoothly. the jio network also doesn't work, so be prepared for that before itself. you will be in the lap of nature totally without any outside disturbance. Even we were thinking to go to ooty only to spend more days at this property just to chill, we couldn't stay this time more than a day. Regrets :(

Byram's place is everything that is stated in the description and much more! Scenic views, peaceful garden and stroll around the neighborhood. They have a lot of variety of flowers in their garden. Rohit, the caretaker at the property is very proactive and helpful. My parents had a great time at the place! 10/10 would recommend it to everyone!

photos don't do justice to the beauty, peace and silence that we could feel while staying. food was amazing, all made with fresh vegetables and spices right from the farm. chef is doing a super job. native food experience. Sam and the whole staff makes you feel so special. nothing wrong can be said bad about this place. can have wifi coz sometimes you really need the internet. will help for people who want to do workation. one of the best experiencial stays you can do

No words to explain the beauty of the place, simply mesmerizing! Such an awesome location and a warm welcome from Priyadarshini (the host). Nestled among the tea estate all around with breathtaking views. You would find yourself at peace away from the hustle and bustle of city crowd. Great place for a family or group. Well maintained rooms and common areas and budget friendly. If you are planning for Ooty, please do consider this as the alternate getaway and I can bet you won't regret. Extremely hospitable host! Where do I start about that resort the place is stunning! Definitely recommend here to stay 1 or 2 day and enjoy your stay!

Abdul was go to guy for any help. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of food provided. Through out our stay we didn't go out for dinner as we ordered from kitchen and it was really delicious. My family loved it. Abdul has good local contacts, since it was peak season, I hired a call driver (Vijay) for 2 days given by Abdul and since Vijay was local guy, he was very helpful in taking to places and you can forget about tensions of parking your car and he knows all the traffic free routes and there are few routes only local cabs or local drivers are allowed to take. If any one is travelling in your own car, I strongly recommend you can hire local driver. Food - 5/5 Stay - 4.5/5 (height of ceiling is low in the bathroom if you are 5.9' ) Abdul thank you for your services and if you are looking for home based food you can order from the kitchen.

Magnolia was a great place . Ambience of the place is really awesome, it’s very tastefully done. Especially the cozy dining room, it makes you feel amazing. Library is filled with very interesting collections, if you want to dig deep into the history of Ooty, this library would do justice. Rooms were really neat, clean and spacious. Last but not least the host was awesome. Host makes you feel like you are at home away from a home in Ooty. He is very gentle, friendly, approachable and cares about you having a good time at Ooty. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a calm and nice stay in Ooty

Felt like home because of the owners. Kamala Madam and Ramachandran Sir were very helpful. We felt as if it’s our own home. Special mention to Srikanth who is the care taker there. He was very good and helpful. Any point of the day he is responsive and active. Really really liked the place. I recommend this to everyone who wants to have a look at great scenic views and still feel at home.

The stay was great, host is very friendly and hospitable. The property and the view from the property is great.... definately suggest this place for stay.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay with family. The support staff are attentive and responsive to your needs—whether it’s a cup of coffee or a dish of your choice. Located near Lovedale, the area offers beautiful views, with misty mornings and light rain adding to the charm. The property is quite photogenic, with a small garden area perfect for photos. The host stays nearby and is easily approachable

It was exactly how it was described by host on the posting. Serene. Beautiful. Quite. The location was just what you need for a quite getaway. But the only issue was the driveway of 200 mts leading to the property. It is extremely steep and if it rains you will find it very difficult to drive even with most experience drivers. Apart from this bit, I do not there was any other issue with the place. The care taker was kind enough to accommodate our request for early check in. The breakfast was very simple yet scrumptious.

Very nice and cozy case. Beautiful surroundings. Right in the lap of nature. You will enjoy if you want to have time off and relax. Sashi was very helpful and just a call away in case you need anything. Just one suggestion: infrastructure of the rooms can be improved.

The stay was excellent. It’s a nice property for a group of friends or family. The host Jayanthi is nice person and honest. The caretaker and cook Chandran is very nice caretaking and prepares extremely good food. Speciality’s all south India dishes and others too. The Bunglow is well maintained it is in good location. You have scenic view of the tea garden estate right from your balcony front which is amazing. We would rate it excellent and advice the new guest to book with no ambiguity. Looking forward to repeat on same place again.

The gold standard for hospitality are Maria, Jose and Sindhu. Overwhelming, excellent, amazing. Right from the booking, Maria was proactive in sharing the details for E-pass necessary for entering the Nilgiris. Jose's charm and affability won us over completely. The location of the cottage is par excellence, which reminded us of Enid Blyton's novels of quaint houses and beautiful gardens. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Maria gave the contact of a local florist who delivered the bouquet promptly. Sindhu madam surprised us with a delicious payasam. She always welcomed us with a smile. To serve a different menu each day is a tremendous amount of hard work. We were really surprised when we found out that the coconut chutney had been grated by hand (no one does it nowadays). The piping hot breakfast in such a beautiful ambience is an experience itself. If there was 6 star rating, I will give it. Heartfelt thanks to the hosts. More power to you. Will surely visit again!!

I felt right at home here. I stayed for two days, and it was like being part of one big happy family. The place was super cozy, exactly like in the photos—what you see is what you get. I even caught one of the best sunrises of my life. A friend ended up joining me for the trip, so I asked Maria if he could stay in my room. She kindly explained that it might ruffle a few feathers with the other guests, which really showed how thoughtful they are. Thankfully, Jose Uncle went the extra mile and helped find him another spot. The breakfast was a feast for the senses—not just delicious, but served with so much care by Sindhu Aunty, like a mother’s touch. One night, we sat around for candlelight stories with Jose Uncle, and he shared some tales that were the icing on the cake. Plus, I had the best company with two other couples, and we made memories to last a lifetime.

The moment I booked the room, I got a call from Najeeb sir and Ayisha Mam, to understand our tour plan and guided us accordingly. We went to Chembrapeak, Banasura Sagar dam but it is not as scenic as the view from this home. we especially enjoyed the retreat of the Moon behind the high-raised mountains.   Our entire family melted with the hospitality and affection of Ayisha mam and Najeeb sir.   Thank you so much Ayisha mam and Najeeb sir for making our trip memorable, I am certain we will not have such a trip unless we come here.
