Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nilgiris

It’s a very good place and I would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Good place to stay especially if you're looking for privacy. Well maintained property. It's around 6-7 kms away from Ooty. So, you'll have to order food via Swiggy or Zomato since there are no restaurants nearby. Condition of the approach road for around 500ms is poor. Cupboard in one room was already filled with their things and we were unable to use it.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was stunning, impeccably clean, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene surroundings – surrounded by lush coffee plantations, offering both privacy and a homely atmosphere. Special thanks to the caretaker who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

The place was very nice and peaceful. This place is great for just escaping from the city and having a peaceful time. The people there were very helpful and the food they make is very good.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

Wonderful place. I have stayed in many AirBnbs and I have to say this was one of the best ones. Location was perfect, away from city hustle but not too far also. Positioning of this house is just perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting in the garden to see sunrise right in front of us from behind the hills. House is big and was clean and best part is it is full of all amenities, kitchen was fully loaded with what you might need. Caretaker was there for anything and everything. Tea and snacks on demand anytime. We are not the people who generally go out for sight seeing etc and so this place was just perfect for us. Good view and fully relaxed vacation. One thing I would say is that the pictures uploaded on Airbnb dont do justice with the actual experience. Actually its much better (honestly I was skeptical before reaching there). Rates are slightly on the higher side, I would say. But we found it worth it. No regrets. Full 5 star.

If you haven’t seen heaven on earth, you gotta check out this property. It overlooks a lake, peaceful, away from any commotion… just a perfect getaway. I was there during Monsoons and what views we got! I quite loved the food too,, the property is self sufficient. Anything that was not there was attended to promptly, so overall me and my family loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you Sree and team for your hospitality

Wonderful Place, exactly as described. Wonderful caretakers, treated us so so well. Buvana cooked great food for us, we even packed on the last day ;). Vignesh, Munna & family were always smiling and more than eager to help and support to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Ample Parking Space. The stay was superb! Very modern and in a great location. The views are just breathtaking! I love the whole atmosphere. It felt like home to us! The staff there were also super helpful and friendly. The cook made us delicious South Indian food as well…. Overall, the best experience I had in a long time! I totally recommend this villa and will definitely come back to stay there again!

Amazing stay if you are looking for private family holiday. The staffs were extremely friendly and hospitality was excellent. Great cook Thiagu is special mention who took care of all our needs so well.

The Observatory was a place directly from a fairy tale. I have not seen a place as beautiful as this one. This is a gem perched atop a hill with views of rolling hills and lush greenery. The views were sensory delight. Just a perfect place for a family vacation away from hustles of life and to soak in some serenity. To add to it, the house caretakers were great. Kanaka amma made yummiest home made food that made our stay even more memorable. She always greeted us with smile and warmth. She spoke in Tamil and i spoke in English but did not need a google translate to understand each and communicate. It was so smooth. Mr Kartik was such a great host who was always responsive and flexible. He allowed us early checkin since we had elderly and toddler with us. He also helped us contacts for car rentals and places to visit. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to experience the serenity of nature and warm hospitality.
