Hello,The property is in one of the most beautiful places of Bursa, in Nilufer/ Misi Village.The Building has 2 floors above ground. There are 3 apartments on each floor (no apartments in ground floor for rent.) So there are 6 apartments in the building. I rent these apartments for guests. The Apartments are 100 m2. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies.The maximum number of guests is 5 for one apartment. Perfect for long stays and ideal for families or single.

As a hotelier, I research in great detail when choosing a place. The house was exactly the same as the photos. Mr. Cüneyd greeted us very kindly and responded to the questions quickly. Since I am a meticulous person, the most important detail for me is definitely hygiene and cleanliness. The sheets, floors, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Thanks to the cleaners. We were very pleased with the location, which is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. There's not much I can say negatively, but I wish the slippers were disposable. If you happen to be in Bursa, I would recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well-organized, and had a stunning view. The balcony and the well-maintained garden added a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The host and his children were extremely kind, respectful, and always ready to help. They even assisted us with carrying our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. Their hospitality and warm attitude truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
