Extremely well furnished, new and comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The view from the apartment along Greenmount, Rainbow Bay and Snapper was unreal and being close to shops and restaurants was very convenient with a young family. Will definitely stay again.

Glenn and Karen were great hosts right from start. They called us early on the day of check in and offered us an early check in. Plenty of space and bedding for our family of 5. Great spot right on the beach over looking the Pacific Ocean as well as Coolangatta to the south and Gold Coast to the north. And pool and spa were a big hit with kids. Great place to stay with kids. Ground level made it really easy with the kids, in a private area as well. Pool and tennis court (free hire of rackets and balls!) within 25m. Amazing location, across the road from all the action at the beach and in walking distance to a heap of pubs and eateries. View whilst playing tennis was unreal on dusk. Was a little tricky finding the car park on arrival at night time, but once we worked it out it was a breeze. Kristy was super responsive to all of our queries and was really flexible with check and check out with notice. Would definitely stay again.

Accidentally I chose the right time of year to visit Kingscliff, which was wonderful!!- not too many people about, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Loved watching the Pelicans on the river sitting out in the garden area. The smell of the sea air delicious! The unit fantastic with so many useful amenities …. I didn’t want to leave!! . Steve very patient with the non technical brain!!

I enjoyed a 3 night stay with my dog at Karlee’s studio, which matched our expectations and met our needs. It was clean and comfortable, with enough space, and well equipped - such as what you’d need in the kitchen, though I ate out. The outdoor courtyard was a pleasant place to unwind. There was plenty of room to park, even when there was someone next door, and overall it’s a quiet residential location, though with easy access to the main road and Byron Bay. The small local shopping centre boasts an excellent bakery, with coffee to match and fresh croissants that can’t be beaten, as well as the local pub. There are pleasant lakeside walks and a long beach nearby. The price was very competitive. I look forward to staying there again.

If you are thinking to book this property it’s exactly how you imagine from the pictures, a great experience that transports you back to the original Byron style! It is immaculately clean so that also impressed me. Apple/Google maps pins it in a completely different location to where it actually is so go prepared with all the instructions which then made finding it easy

Fabulous location with beautiful views over the beach. The unit is clean and well laid out, the extra little touches of fresh bread, croissants, milk etc were very thoughtful. The hosts were warm and super responsive to queries. Highly recommend this lovely property for a relaxing beach escape!

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

I can’t speak more highly of this AirBnB! Beck’s home is beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed in many places and this one has to be one of our favourites. It hit the mark for what we wanted and more. Peaceful, private, tranquil stay on a property to envy. We had teenagers with us as well and they loved it. Perfect for families of small groups looking to unwind and spend quality time. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Too many highlights to mention but a few were the large well stocked kitchen, outdoor projector and screen, Argentinian BBQ, herb garden and fruit trees, fireplace, spa, pristine amenities, great record collection, books/games and activities, and the beds were the comfiest we’ve stayed in! Enough for me to enquire where to buy the bedding. Beck was great to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our needs (though she had thought of everything so there wasn’t much we needed). We are already talking about when to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was immaculate and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The spa pool was a highlight, the room layout and three bathrooms were great. The facilities overall were top-notch, catering seamlessly to both families and couples. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

We had a lovely visit, so close to beach, Jolene extremely friendly and helpful, shared a fresh bread loaf she had just bought, always smiley, solved tv remote problem driving 20 mins to buy new batteries, told us about a local farmers market etc…weather rainy but out of her control!!!! Lovely and cozy place, felt like home. Also located in a peaceful are but only 5 minutes away (driving) from town centre. Really close Top Shop cafe too, which is definitely a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Vale. The space was stylish, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing escape. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, and the farm surroundings made it feel extra special. Highly recommend if you’re after a serene countryside retreat with a touch of luxury!

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.
