This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. On the second floor, there is a Western-style room, a tatami room, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a sink, a washing machine, and a toilet. The Western-style room has 2 single beds, and the tatami room can accommodate 2 Japanese-style beds or a round table. On the 3rd floor, there are 3 rooms, a shower room, a toilet, and a sink. Of the three bedrooms, one is a tatami room, and the other two are Western-style rooms. Each of the two Western-style rooms has 2 single beds. (The 2 single beds in each room can be put together to make a 2-meter double bed). The tatami room can accommodate 3 Japanese-style beds. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, and other facilities. We also provide a baby bath tub and a baby high chair for bathing your baby at home.
