Quiet and very pleasant environment, we went with our children of 7 years and 1 year, full kitchen not only related to appliances but also to useful utensils and accessories for the stay. You can literally go with just your bags and shopping because the apartment has everything else🤩.

A great stay from the time we talked to the owner until our departure. Pleasant, cozy, clean and organized environment. We went with our daughter and an elderly couple. There was no risk to them. On the contrary, they had a great time. I highly recommend it!

Impeccable apartment! It's bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything is brand new, equipped and very clean. We felt at home and André was extremely attentive and proactive from the beginning of the reservation. The condominium is extremely complete, with several swimming pools, on the side of Cotovelo beach, which is very familiar and good to enjoy the sun of RN. We will definitely come back more often.

Fernando's apartment is perfect, especially for a small family. It has a suite with comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning and another room that serves as a living room and second bedroom with sofa bed with very comfortable double size mattress, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but extremely functional with all the cooking items and an espresso machine that won my heart (thanks for the gift capsules). It has a huge social bathroom, washer and balcony with table and chairs. Everything clean, modern and beautiful. The small pet in the apê is an apart charm, with a walk and a feed and water dispenser. The condominium is a luxury, with several amenities, warm pools, access to the beach a few meters, a very quiet and family atmosphere. It also has covered parking and modern identification system. Check in and check out super quiet, the very fast and resolute communication with Fernando was another great differential. I recommend 100%.

The resort is perfectoo, I have had the opportunity to go a few times before. However, this apartment has a very privileged location with a beautiful view of the sea, pools, the club, etc! Raniery was very proactive, gave all the necessary information and always made himself available for anything.

The house is extremely comfortable, everything is clean and very tasteful. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and nothing is missing. Excellent quality Sheets and Towels. The hostess always requests and attentive. Nothing to complain about, only praise. I will definitely return.

We loved our stay at Marco’s place. The ocean view and garden are stunning. The beach — just a few steps down from the property — is the most beautiful in the whole area (we checked out all the others) and it’s always empty and peaceful. There are lots of turtles nesting on the beach and it is perfect for sunrise or sunset walks. We rented a scooter to easily get to restaurants, the gym and grocery shops in Pipa or Tibau. Marco was super friendly, sending lots of recommendations and researching things for us. Juan, who welcomed us, is really nice and helpful too and always replied quickly whenever we had an issue. We also loved the selection of fruits and locally made pralines as a welcome gift.

Together with my family we had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, complete and comfortable. Without a doubt, the view towards the sea is imposing and relaxing. The park is spacious and my children were able to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful pool with excellent ocean views. Direct beach access via ladder which allowed us to be late at sea and have nice hikes. Everything worked perfect, so we didn't have to turn a lot to the host, he was also always attentive to if we needed anything or how we could improve our stay. Undoubtedly it is a dream place and highly recommended, of those you want to return to!
