Great cabin at Gautefall rented for law enforcement. The cabin is from 2022 and about 120 sqm. It has large living room and kitchen in a large hallway, 2 bathrooms with shower, 4 bedrooms with double beds and a loft living room with TV and sofa bed. The cabin is heated with electricity and in the living room there is a fireplace. Heating cables in both bathrooms and in progress. There are cakes and pillows for 8 people at the cabin. It is the immediate vicinity of great hiking areas and cross country trails in winter. It is 6 km to Gautefall ski center with slalom slopes.

Take the shortcut over to Fyresdal and walk the treetop road to Hamaren. about 30 min to Gautefall,and 50 min to Vrådal,which are fantastic year-round destinations. Jette pots in Nissedal Viewing trips to Hægefjell, Langfjell,Lindefjell,Skuggenatten etc. Or enjoy the tranquility of a beach along the lake gnomes. The cabin is easily located down in the cabin area,only 100 meters to the water Nisser. There are beautiful sandy beaches, boat dock with swimming ladder . The cabin has electricity and water . 2 bedrooms , bathroom,kitchen/living room and porch .

Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

It is close to the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to stunning views and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites to a big terrace, which is furnished with sofa, deck chairs, dining table and its own pavilion.

Welcome to Kyrkjebygdheia and an idyllic cabin with lovely views close to the forest. Right outside the cabin wall, everything is in place for both children and adults to thrive when you are on vacation. Scenic surroundings, sunny and undisturbed plot and great views of Huvtjønn and Breilivann. Large porch with superstructure, with outdoor furniture and fireplace. This is a family cabin that is used by us owners when it is not rented out and is therefore rented out only to families and adult guests.

Innlagt vann og strøm, toalett, dusj, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, og parkering rett på utsiden. Sommerstid er det mange fine tur, bade og fiskemuligheter. Flere fine fjellvann like i nærheten, og kun 10min ned til Nisser med sine fantastiske sandstrender. Om vinteren går skiløypa rett nedenfor hytta med muligheter for korte og lange skiturer.
