This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Newly remodeled cottage sits on a quiet corner lot in downtown Ozark, Mo minutes away from the newly revitalized square and Finley Farms Featuring beautiful hardwood floors and tile, granite counter tops, large bathroom with shower and tub, and a washer and dryer for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances. Enjoy the Smart TV's located in the living room and bedroom, with cable and internet. Guests have ample parking in the driveway, and a beautiful patio area.

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

Five minutes to Springfield, 35 minutes to Branson. on James River. Bed/ bath are downstairs. Kitchen\living area are upstairs. Great deck for deer, turkey and star gazing. Bring your kayaks,, tubes or noddles, This is a small river. No power boats. You can also fish from the bank. Convenient to Branson & Silver Dollar City which is one of the top destinations for Christmas Lights and Bass pro is close with WOW museum. Main house is 500 yards away on 5 acres.

This basement rental with a private entrance is located in a quiet area in reach of Springfield, Branson and surrounding areas. The kitchenette area decorated in a Coca-Cola theme provides a bit of nostalgia, adding to the cozy feel of the space. We desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing local insights while also working hard to honor your privacy. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
