Peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac as you enjoy the morning and evening herds of deer pass by, from inside our little Studio or out on the 8’ x 42‘ deck. You feel as if you are in the middle of “nowhere” but are only 30 min from Branson and 30 minutes from Springfield. Only 3.5 miles (6 min) from the “Greenhouse Two Rivers” in Highlandville. All the amenities of home. Electric fireplace, queen size bed, a full size sofa bed with a full kitchen and a coffee bar. Sleeps 2 Adults&2 Kids, OR 3 Adults.

This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unit A has a master bedroom with king size bed and sofa, loft bedroom with a full size bed and there is a full size pull out bed in the living room sectional sofa. Just recently added Satellite TV. This is one of two units located in the same building. 15 min drive to wedding venues in Highlandville Mo, Republic Mo, Clever Mo. Short drive to Branson Mo or Springfield Mo. Owner lives on site not with you.
