Apartment holiday rentals in Nizwa

My family of 4 and I stayed at Omar's place for 2 nights and upon arrival, we were greeted by the clean and spacious house. The master bedroom was in top condition with amenities as described. The other room with 3 single beds was spacious enough for us to move around, iron our clothes. The washrooms were spotless. The kitchen has all the amenities as described. 5 minute walk would get you to row of shops with restaurants and supermarkets. This place is highly recommended!

The place is clean and as the description. Definitely recommend Saleh is a super nice host who showed us around the area in his car and could have picked us up downstairs by arrangement, as we do not have a four-wheel drive vehicle. But he was able to drive us back down.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors were absolutely beautiful and tastefully done, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a super comfy bed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The location was perfect too—close to great restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was very helpful. Note that you do need a 4x4 car to pass the police checkpoint to go up the mountain to get to the place, road is safe.

We found our stay very comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary things. It is modernly decorated and everything looked new. Some daylight would be desirable. In the evening it was a little clairvoyant. All in all, we would book again. We thought it was very good.

Aflah is a great host. He provided all the necessary instructions via photo's, video and Google Maps location pin. So it was really easy to find the apartment. He responded quick to any questions, left some water in the fridge and even come to the apartment to bring some toilet paper that the cleaner forgot. He provided a great itinerary for seeing the highlights in the surrounding area of Nizwa as well as recommending some restaurants. As the apartment is off the main street it's nice and quiet. Don't be discouraged by the mess around the building because the apartment is spotless. The only thing I can think off for improvement is that the water pressure in the bathroom of the main bedroom is low which makes showering a bit of a challenge. Luckily the apartment is equipped with three bathrooms!

My friends and I loved this place. The location was perfect, the instructions and communication amazing and the utilities great. Khalid was super attentive and proactive in responding!

It was an amazing stay with an outstanding host.

Everything was perfect: We wanted to stay at a place next to the Souq of Nizwa without being inside it. Locationwise it was perfect because it was just 2 minutes away from the Souq by car (and I think 15 min by feet). The place is as clean as it gets, the bed ist comfortable and you have everything that you might need. The check-in ist really really flexible and Khalid as a host is interested and invested in making your stay as great as possible. Please, don't miss out on the "Oman Across Ages Museum" and enjoy this beautiful country and it's wonderful people!

What’s lovely spot! The inside was perfect and we felt at home; of course we came to Jebel Akhdar to enjoy our time outside, and Ammar’s house is perfect for it! My daughter even “camped” in the space outside. When we return to the mountain, we will definitely stay here!
